Our farm home, situated on 4 acres, is located just 25 minutes from the University of Illinois and Illini sports! I-57, I-74, and I-72 are all close by. Peaceful, picturesque farmhouse stay, with stocked kitchen, lots of extra linens and blankets. Chad and Sarah were incredibly responsive and helpful, especially when I had a few deliveries. Thoughtful inclusion of multiple heaters and air conditioners, as well as central air conditioning. Great for lounging and soaking in an easy morning. Beds were nice and firm. Fun touches like ring toss and extra large connect four games.

This was one of the best Air B & B's I've ever stayed in. It felt very homey, and the host had local snacks laid out, along with a sheet of recommendations for nearby restaurants. The personal touches, like notes, recommendations, games, and a photo album of the renovation process, really made the place feel like home. If I ever have to stay in the Bloomington area again, I will for sure be booking here.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming one-bedroom retreat! The space was perfectly curated and beautifully decorated—every detail felt thoughtful and inviting. It was also spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel right at home. A true gem— we were in town for our son’s Univ of IL graduation. If we find ourselves in the area again, we’d love to come back to Ryan’s place.
