Abbiamo trovato questa struttura per caso ed eravamo già colpiti dalle foto per la bellezza degli ambienti ma nella realtà erano ancora più accoglienti e confortevoli. Andrea è stato un Host davvero fantastico, al nostro arrivo siamo arrivati e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni del caso compreso vari consigli utili su posti locali. La struttura si è presentata davvero confortevole e ancora più bella rispetto alle foto, tutto completamente ristrutturato e avere il plus di avere colazione e struttura balneare incluso sicuramente rende il soggiorno ancora più gradevole. Oltre a questi grandi punti di forza è la centralità dell’appartamento davvero comodo a tutto, il supermarket è a 2 minuti, parcheggio gratuito a massimo 5 minuti, in 10 minuti si è in spiaggia e in 5 in centro paese. Una soluzione davvero fantastica. Consigliatissimo

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico a Pescara, tutto perfetto! La casa era pulitissima, accogliente e in un'ottima posizione. Bruno è stato un host eccezionale, super gentile e disponibile. Non avremmo potuto desiderare un'esperienza migliore!

Maria Teresa et son fils ont été d'excellents conseils pour la restauration, comme pour les visites à faire de villages (mais il y a aussi pleins de musées aussi à visiter), les randonnées sublimes à faire dans cette région...bref d'excellents conseils. Malheureusement sur une semaine nous n'avons pas pu tout visiter mais nous en avons pris plein les yeux déjà :) il nous aurait fallu plus d'une semaine sur place. L'accueil, tout comme notre départ auront été très chaleureux avec Maria Teresa que nous remercions bien fort pour nous avoir permis de découvrir cette région magnifique ! La maison est isolée et la nuit il règne un calme magistral, cette maison est idéale pour se ressourcer et faire le plein de détente. La maison est conforme aux photos du site, le champs d'oliviers est sublime. Pas de pollution lumineuse la nuit non plus, un vrai bonheur. Bref, que de belles images imprimées dans nos rétines. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Encore merci et peut être à une prochaine :)

The most wonderful place to stay. Francesca is the most welcoming, thoughtful, kind, friendly and helpful host and it has been an absolute delight staying in her apartment. The apartment is perfect. The balcony overlooks the sea, and the apartment has everything you need to feel at home. The location is perfect as it’s next to the sea and the city centre. The local restaurants are so close and there are many to choose from. We hired bikes from shop round the corner and rode to Montesilvano which was a flat rode along the seafront, so would recommend if you like that type of thing. There are lovely shops in the city centre and after a long day out either at the beach or shopping or exploring, the apartment is the most relaxing place to come home to. It’s spotless, modern, bright and the bed is very comfortable. Would highly recommend and thank you again Francesca for being the most delightful host ❤️

The villa is as described. The slopes were a challenge for me because, at 90 years old, I have difficult walking. The villa is on a hillside in a wooded area with a lovely view of the sea. Plenty of places around the grounds to sit and relax. While the building has been restored, it retains original window shutters and curved brick ceilings. Picturesque tiles decorate the face of the building. Rebecca was an amazing host. She quickly responds to any questions one might have.

Wir waren Mitte April für 4 Nächte Gast bei Daniela (2 Personen). Gestartet mit einer umwerfend herzlichen Begrüssung beim check-in zog sich ihr Service durch den ganzen Aufenthalt. Nachfragen ob alles ok ist und Kümmern bei Anliegen. Charmante und liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft - nicht zu viel 'Schnick-Schnack' und nicht so steril-modern, einfach genau unser Geschmack. Sehr sauber. Super zentral gelegen und doch etwas abseits der "Hauptmeile". Die Stadt/Promenade lässt sich gut zu Fuß, mit Fahrrad oder mit Bus erkunden. Alles in allem: einladend und lebensfroh -> perfekt, um (vom Alltag) abzuschalten und sich zu erholen. Wir kommen wieder :)

Wir genossen die Unterkunft mit den 2 Wohnungen sehr. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und meldeten sich sofort bei Fragen. Wir schätzten zudem ihre Diskretion und fühlten uns immer frei. Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet, tolle Aussicht und schöner Garten zum Spielen unserer Kids 4&6 Jahre. Wir kommen gerne wieder, herzlichen Dank für alles😀

Abbiamo alloggiato presso questa struttura una settimana e la signora Leondina ci ha accolta con grande calore e gentilezza, rispondendo ad ogni nostro bisogno. L’appartamento ha ampi spazi, moderni e puliti, con tutto l’occorrente e il suo punto di forza e l’estrema vicinanza alla spiaggia. Ottima esperienza, torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Leondina :)

Appartamento a due passi dalla spiaggia e con accesso immediato a ristoranti, bar e supermercati, posizione ottima! Posto auto interno gratuito. Appartamento pulito, ordinato ed essenziale.. tutto ciò che serve per passare qualche giorno di relax. Cristiano e Ervis super disponibili e presenti per ogni necessità! Abbiamo chiesto un seggiolone e un lettino da campeggio per nostro figlio e ci è stato dato senza spese aggiunte! La signora delle pulizie molto cordiale e disponibile! Grazie! A presto!

We stayed a week at Casa Oliveto and had a great time. The house is peacefully located in an olive grove with view on the mountains. The personal welcoming and attention of Silvia and Rosa made our stay complete and special. They are very good hosts, always ready to help and provided wonderful recommendations. Comunicazione facile ed efficace, l’appartamento era pulitissimo. Bello il terrazzo molto grande, purtroppo non abbiamo potuto sfruttarlo. Parcheggi liberi in zona, era disponibile anche in garage.

Assolutamente consigliato! Appartamento ristrutturato di recente, composto da 3 camere da letto, bagno, cucina e ampio salotto. Gli arredi sono nuovi e ricercati, in condizioni perfette. L'appartamento è davvero molto grande e comodo, con tutti i comfort del caso. L'ingresso è autonomo, quindi si ha tutta la privacy del caso. Mi è piaciuto molto soggiornare qui. E' un ottimo punto di partenza da cui partire per esplorare i dintorni, come la costa dei Trabocchi o Campo Imperatore. Silvia e gli altri sono stati molto carini e sempre disponibili.

Beautiful location with a lovely outdoor area. The space was great for a big group, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The host was fantastic with responding and provided recommendations in the area - very much so recommend the chef and also the wine tasting nearby. A plus was the pizza oven. Interior of the home is quite simple, some of the outdoor furniture could be in need of some replacement / new cushions. We also needed to pick up a few extra items like soap, shampoo and toilet paper for the bathrooms especially for a one week stay.

Un grande punto a favore è stata l’accoglienza riservata al nostro amico a quattro zampe: abbiamo trovato cuscino, ciotole e giochi, un’attenzione davvero gradita! La casa è dotata di ogni comfort. Consigliata a chi cerca un soggiorno sereno, con tutte le comodità e un tocco di attenzione in più per chi viaggia con animali.

Another amazing stay in Claudia’s place. Clean and tidy, super close to the beach! Claudia was really helpful with some restaurant recommendations as well which were absolutely lovely, and getting to meet her in person was an added bonus!
