Beautiful place, so comfortable. The accommodation has EVERYTHING you need for a very comfortable stay, spacious and well located. Safe and easy private parking and just as described. Can highly recommend and just wish we had stayed for longer. Thanks for hosting us.

We had a fantastic stay with Nicole and Christian. The house is very spacious and easily fit our group. It is designed in a way to feel very private, and you have a nice big balcony in front with a stunning view of the city, the lake, and the mountains across. The footpath to walk to downtown passes right by the house and there is a bus stop nearby, so it’s easily accessible from Locarno. The house was very clean, and we did not hear any traffic from the road. We really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed to make our meals. Nicole and Christian were very responsive, accommodating, and easy to reach. We’d love to stay here again!

Grazie Marco for an exceptional stay in Orta San Giulio! This was one of the best experiences (from Airbnb or even hotels) we’ve had. Marco was incredibly responsive and communicative, and very kind. He picked us up from Malpensa airport, and even drove us to Milano after our stay. We were travelling with our toddler and Marco very kindly coordinated with the child car seat rental provider to have the seat ready for us. The apartment is in a quiet area that is super close to the piazza. Upon arrival, Marco provided water, local beers, and local biscuits that were delicious. The apartment was incredibly clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need, and the coffee was great! Details like the lovely bath products and slippers, really made our stay stand out, as well as Marco’s hospitality. We would absolutely recommend Marco’s place for your stay in Orta. We would love to come back and stay in Marco’s other property! Grazie mille!

The apartment is spacious, perfectly clean and you have everything you need and from the terrace you have a fantastic view of the lake and the three islands. The hosts are very nice, courteous and helpful. We would definitely come back.

Elisa was very kind and a great host. Her place is clean and cozy and the kitchen is indeed FULLY equipped. The Rustico has a privat garden, where I enjoyed sunbathing and listening to the different sounds of nature. It is located a bit outside the village and therefore very quiet, you just couldn't be closer to nature. Still, it is accessible by car and it takes you only 10-15 minutes to go back to the village by feet. From Elisas place you can start different mountain hikes or just go down to the river and relax. All my wishes where fulfilled! I hope to come back one day and spend some more time at Elisas wonderful Rustico.

We had a lovely weekend at the apartment. Everything was as described and in the pictures, in real life even more beautiful. The contact with Marco worked great. We will be happy to come back.

Milena was a great host – very friendly and helpful. The place was extremely clean, the kitchen perfectly equipped, the surroundings beautiful with great hiking opportunities. Ascona and Locarno are within easy reach. The flexibility at check-out was particularly pleasant. Absolutely recommended, we'll be happy to come back!

Stefano’s apartment was a perfect place to stay in Ascona. It’s on a pedestrian-only street in the old part of town. Check in was easy. The apartment had everything we needed, kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Grocery store just a few minutes walk. Bus stop very close and buses were easy to use. Recommend a day trip to the Valle Verzasca, and a ferry ride to some of the towns in Italy. Stefano answered all my questions before our trip promptly and graciously. This is a wonderful place. If it’s available, you should book it!

Our only regret was not having more time to spend at this location! The view is incredible, and the location is convenient to some of the best restaurants we experienced in Italy. It very walkable, with many awesome sights nearby. Also, access to the ferry to visit other Lake Como locations was close and easy to use. The kitchen was well-appointed, and having a washer and dryer on site was very helpful. Giorgio was very thoughtful in helping us with our arrival. He also equipped the room with adapters that were helpful in connecting our electronics.

The apartment is very tastefully decorated and you have a magnificent view of the mountains. The beds were very comfortable, even the double bunk bed. We also liked the neck pillows. Shopping can be done in a short time with the help of the oblique lift. Unfortunately, it was broken for the last three days. Then it gets more time-consuming. We really appreciated the stay =)

Large, very functional and perfectly clean accommodation. Many hikes in the immediate vicinity, lakes can be reached in 10 min by car. Decoration that gives a soul to the home. We had a great stay at Marco's.

The apartment is in a great location, totally in the center. The parking is super organized. Alex always responded very quickly to the messages. The apartment was in perfect condition, perfect. Highly recommended.

This was the perfect place for 2 couples. We wanted peaceful, relaxing and views- this house was perfect. It was too cold to use the pool but we enjoyed the view from the pool. The hottub was clean and felt good on the chilly mornings. Beds were comfy and had all the amenities. The neighborhood kitty cat was so sweet and visited us every evening. You do need a car to get around which we had. Cant wait to go back!!

We had a lovely stay at Andrea’s property! His home was perfectly set up with all of the amenities you could need & was located in a lovely little Italian town providing a ‘local’ experience. You’ll definitely need a car to get to the beautiful surrounding places! Andrea and his team were so kind and great to communicate with. We would recommend this stay to any big groups looking at a trip to Lake Como. Thank you Andrea.

Beautiful surroundings, post bus right at your doorstep. (This is how you can leave the car.) Large house, fully equipped with everything you need! Scorpions can be expected:-) very nice, large outdoor area. Mike was super friendly, will get back to you right away. Absolutely uncomplicated handover. We have enjoyed our holidays!

You won't get many better places in the world to wake up and open your doors to. It's spectacular. The lake appears quieter on this side. when put paddle boarding felt like you had the lake to yourself at times. Bellagio was in easy reach by car with lots of restaurants, take-aways and a couple of decent supermarkets. The public area by the water was used at the weekend but it didn't stop us doing anything.

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous apartment, we really enjoyed the private terrace and outdoor seating areas. The location is ideal for walking into the centre of the village or for taking ferries around the lake, and with a car was ideal for driving up into the hills. We particularly appreciated the more traditional decor which added to the character of the house and made our stay feel authentic. Thank you so much Roxana and family, we hope to visit again.

The house had excellent views, well furnished, good amenities( in kitchendidn't make use of the kitchen) and easy commute from Como and Bellagio. highly recommend the place

This place is a dream come true. The view of the lake and the little islands from two floors of the house and the terrace is absolutely spectacular. We did not want to leave to explore the area - it seemed sufficient to just sit and watch the lake for hours. The house is also furnished with a lot of taste and the surroundings are very quiet - which added to the overall well-being and relaxation. The only thing that might top the place is Simon, the host. Very friendly, easy going and always ready to help. We were welcomed by a set table with bread, cheese and a bottle of wine. We definitely want to come again!

Loved our stay in Menaggio! The house was great and we felt right at home. It was clean, tidy, and the owner was very quick to respond to messages and sent the house manager within 20 minutes to help with something. After seeing the different towns in Lake Como, Menaggio was 100% the best to stay in. The town is so cute and felt a bit more spacious with less tourists compared to the others. A good amount of delicious restaurant options and a quick walk to the ferry. The house was exactly what we needed and the pictures do a good job showing what it is like. It is up on a hill with a convenient walking path to the town. Down to town was an easy 5 minutes, getting back to the house was a true uphill but only took 8 minutes and we really enjoyed the walk back after dinner. The views of the lake/town from the house and on the walk are breathtaking. We also had a car that we parked near the house easily with their parking pass.
