The apartment has an entrance on the ground floor, a steep staircase to the 1st floor living room and the 2nd floor offers 3 bedrooms. 300 meters from the house is the ferry to the beautiful South Funen islands.

In the eastern part of town is my beautiful house - close to everything. Located on a quiet road and within a 10-minute walk to the beach, forest, harbor or city center. Arriving by train or bus, you can walk to the house. The house is stylishly and spartanly decorated. There are 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 4 guests. The house has a sheltered courtyard where the sun shines all day. Here you can enjoy the view of the city's rooftops down to the harbor or relax in the hammock. There is a charcoal grill and 1 women's bicycle for free use.

The house is older and partially renovated There is no parking at the house, but there is in the surrounding streets. There is no washing machine - but there is a nice laundry nearby Enjoy a lovely brunch at Denmark's best bakery: Vesterport Bageri 🤗 In the summer, we recommend visiting the waterfront - very cozy with the small stalls

Townhouse in the heart of Svendborg

Towels and bed linen are included in the price. Cleaning and replacement of bed linen is included in the price. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. The home is therefore best suited for a maximum of two adults and one child. Three adults can sleep in the space, as long as they're aware it's not closed between the two bedrooms. The house is a duplex, where a door in the kitchen separates the two residences. There is no window in the toilet/bath. The door to the toilet/bathroom must therefore be left open after use.

We rent out our small townhouse (about 60 sqm), centrally located, in the middle of Funen. The house is rented to 4 people. From the house, it is a 10-minute walk to the station, 10 minutes to the swimming pool/leisure center with fitness, etc., 2 minutes to Netto and 5 minutes to the city, where there is a movie theater, cafe, restaurant, several grocery stores, Matas, library, etc. The house is located 5 minutes from the highway network, where it only takes 20 minutes to Odense, Svendborg and Nyborg.

The perfect starting point for a holiday in South Funen. Everything you need is within walking distance, and there are trains that run directly to Odense in 5 minutes, The enclosed garden you can relax by the grill and you are welcome to grab a tomato , cucumber or corn for the salad.

Atmospheric and very charming older 1/2 townhouse in the most authentic part of Svendborg with 3 (4) rooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. 200 meters from the city center and 100 meters from the water. Plenty of room for 2 adults with 2 or 3 children (or 4 adults). Access to large garden and cozy courtyard. Note: You must bring your own bed linen, sheets and towels. P.S. There are some deviations in decor with photos of children's rooms. Beds provided voices.

"Home with piano and pallet sofa, perfect for a family vacation. Shopping, stores and cafes are a stone's throw away. Cozy harbor environment and beach close by. The house has its own parking space and garden with barbecue, tables, chairs and hammock only available to the guests of the house. Cleaning is included in the price. Of course, you clean up after yourself, take out the trash and vacuum. Please note that the house is rented for at least 5 nights.
