The house has its own entrance and a lovely rooftop terrace where you can completely secluded barbecue, sunbathe or nap after a sea dive - an oasis in the middle of the city, with a staircase down to a small wild garden. The apartment has a ground floor entrance, a steep staircase to the 1st floor living area and the 2nd floor offers 3 bedrooms. 300 meters from the house is the ferry berry to the beautiful South Funen islands.

In the eastern neighborhood, my lovely house is close to everything. Located on a quiet road and with walking distance of 10 minutes to the beach, forest, harbor or city center. Arriving by train or bus, you can walk to the house. The house is decorated stylishly and spartan. There are 3 bedrooms sleeping 4 guests. The house has a secluded courtyard where the sun shines all day. Here you can enjoy the view of the city's rooftops down to the harbor or relax in the hammock. There is a charcoal grill and 1 women's bike for free use.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. In the beautiful Høje Bøge neighborhood with short distance to the city center, beach, forest and shopping. The perfect starting point for a holiday in South Funen. Everything you need is within walking distance, and there are trains that run directly to Odense in 5 minutes, You can relax in the enclosed garden by the grill, and you are welcome to grab a tomato, cucumber or corn for the salad, the three hens take care of your morning eggs.

Cozy apartment with private south-facing terrace

The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs. There is free coffee and tea, but you must bring your own milk and breakfast. I also live in the house, which is old and we all have to show consideration for each other of course.

The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can choose to cook for yourself or visit the city's many good eateries. Svendborg's cozy city and harbor environment as well as beautiful nature with forest and beach invite you to an eventful and relaxing holiday.

We rent out our small townhouse (about 60 sqm2), centrally located, in the middle of Funen. The house is rented for 4 people. From the house is on foot 10 min to the station, 10 min to swimming pool/leisure center with fitness etc. 2 min to Netto and 5 minutes to the city where there is cinema, cafe, restaurant, several grocery stores, Matas, library etc. The house is located 5 minutes from the motorway network, where it only takes 20 minutes to Odense, Svendborg and Nyborg.

Of course, you clean up after yourself, go out with garbage, and swing the vacuum cleaner. Please note that the house is rented for at least 5 nights.

Charmerised townhouse. located in the middle of Faaborg by the town square and harbor. The home: is furnished with kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room, and bedroom with 2 beds. There is an exit to the patio with a south-facing terrace. On the 1st floor there is a double bedroom overlooking the harbour and the archipelago of South Funen. Our house is a small old town house, which is not suitable for children during school age.

Atmospheric and very charming older 1/2 townhouse in the most authentic part of Svendborg . 200 meters from the city center and 100 meters from the water. Plenty of room for 2 adults with 2 or 3 children (or 4 adults). Access to large garden and cozy courtyard. NOTE: You must bring your own bed linen, sheets and towels. PS. There are some deviations in the layout compared to pictures of children's rooms. Beds listed are correct.
