Covered terrace for rainy days and a large wooden terrace where the sunset can be enjoyed in summer. It is a short distance to a good beach and natural area. Det tager 7 minutter at gå til vandet hvor der er en badebro og omklædnings faciliteter. 5 minutters gåtur til en lille skov. Busstop 100 m. Including cleaning, but coarse cleaning needs to be done. Close to forest and good hiking trails or mountain bike trails in Svanninge Bakker. Enjoy - enjoy Dyreborg forest, beach and water - there is no better place on South Funen. Parties or other major events are not allowed.

Sanctuary of 96 m2, with cattle, heron colony and foxes as a neighbor. In the garden there is a small cozy fire pit and shelter sleeps 3-4. We are located close to forest and beach meadows, 300 m from the lovely beach, 1 km from Falsled Harbour, and from the unique dining place Falsled Kro. We are located right on the edge of Svanninge Bakker and the area is very suitable for outdoor activities such as hiking, running and biking. The archipelago path starts at Falsled Havn.

The house has a nice, light and open kitchen / living room area, bathroom with a shower, 2 rooms with beds for 2 and 3 people. In addition 2 people can sleep in the living room on a comfortable pull out couch. A cosy automatic stove that heats the house even in the cold periods. The key box ensures easy and flexible check in and -outs.
