Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Fristed på 96 m2, med kreaturer, hejrekoloni og ræve som nabo. I haven er der lille hyggelig bålplads og shelter med 3-4 sovepladser. Vi ligger tæt ved skov og strandeng, 300 m fra dejlig badestrand, 1 km fra Falsled Havn, og fra det helt unikke spisested Falsled Kro. Vi er placeret lige på kanten af Svanninge Bakker, og området er meget velegnet til friluftsaktiviteter som vandring, løb og cykling. Øhavsstien starter ved Falsled Havn.

At bo i vores 75 kvadratmeter store ferielejlighed giver vores gæster en helt særlig fornemmelse af ferie. Når man åbner døre og vinduer, strømmer lydene ind fra skovens, havens og havets fugle. En duft af frisk havluft møder ens næsebor. Også lyset oplever vores gæster, som noget helt særligt. Specielt når aftensolen sender sine stråler ned på de omkringliggende øer, må man knibe sig i armen for at sikre sig, at man ikke drømmer.

Very well located, less than 5 minutes walking distance from the train station and in the midst of restaurants and shopping. A very spacious apartment that we have ever stayed in. Quite likely to stay here again.

Our stay was great. Apartment was very central - quite spacious with the rooms and the garden. And Soren was great - always jepful and super reactive. Would definitely come again !

Gemütliche Unterkunft, immer ein windstiller Platz zu finden, so dass man schön draußen sitzen kann. Nähe zum Strand und zum Sonnenuntergang ist so schön. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man tolle Ausflüge machen, auch zu Fuß ein Traum. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, gerne wieder.

How delightful to return for another week’s stay at Peder and Jesper’s beautiful little house. This was our second visit and we have already booked a third The house is clean and uncluttered, creating a calm and welcoming space in which to retreat and relax and the beds are wonderfully comfortable. The garden is a haven of peace and tranquillity … except for the dawn chorus 😃 Peder and Jesper are both warmly welcoming and immediately respond to communications. In short, they’re perfect hosts. We are very much looking forward to our next stay

Super god oplevelse. Hyggelig lille lejlighed med alt hvad man har brug for og med adgang til have. Jeg var der en overnatning i forbindelse med en fest. Meget imødekommende og rar vært, der tog i mod mig. Der var forfriskninger i køleskabet. Der overnatter jeg gerne igen, også i flere dage.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an wie zuhause gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Jeanette war immer zu erreichen. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und es gab einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
