Welcome to this calm, fresh and harmonious space. The studio is newly renovated and situated on the bottom floor of our villa in a little village close to Gland. Me and my family live on the first floor. It has a terrasse and a gorgeous view of the Alps and lake Geneva. There’s a bio farmer’s market next to the house! Local restaurant at 200m. We’re a five minute drive from the highway and about 25 min from Geneva and Lausanne. There’s a bus that takes you to the train station in Nyon. .

Equipé d'un lit simple. Cosy studio indépendant pour une seule personne (18 m2 avec kitchenette, salle de douche, wifi) au centre-ville, situé dans notre jardin. Vous serez bercés par le bruit du ruisseau qui coule le long du studio. Je précise qu'il n'y a pas de TV. NOUS LOGEONS SUR PLACE ALORS INTERDICTION DE FETES et faire venir des inconnus pour la nuit. Its location is ideal for a holiday between lake and mountains: 850m from Messery beach, 5 minutes by car from the medieval village of Yvoire, 15 minutes from Thonon-les-Bains, 35 minutes from Geneva, 40 minutes from the nearest ski resort (Les Habères). The 271 bus stop for Geneva is at the foot of the building (35-40 min to Genève Rive).
