We preserve its old character by keeping the old wooden frames as well as the rubble walls. You will find 3 bedrooms for 6 people and a heated swimming pool. Located between Jonzac Thermal Town (15 km), and Montendre (7 km), this house offers accommodation consisting of two bedrooms and a living room (living room/fully equipped kitchen). A dining area awaits you in the shade of the linden tree. You are ideally located between Cognac, Saintes, Royan and Bordeaux. You can get away from it all in our countryside located between land and sea, and discover our heritage along our Charente River.

We welcome you to a former windmill dating from the 18th century, fully restored and located in the heart of the Médoc. It consists of 2 levels and can accommodate 2 people. The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.
