Everything was as complete as it appeared in the photos. It has a beautiful view and is in a very ideal location. Ms. Eleni was very caring from the beginning to the end of my stay and responded to every question in a very short time. I recommend.

💯Look no further if you want to feel like at own🏠, safe and taken care of you!💙The place seemed almost 🆕 and well equipped, with comfortable 🛏️🛋️, plenty of pillows, the kitchen and bathroom with all of things what you need✅I used a🚙, so the private marked parking spot was priceless🎯When I was lazy to go 🆙with the stairs I used the elevator, which is also clean and quiet. A nice🎁 surprise was the sea view 🌊🌅from the balcony and Netflix🖥️. On the other side of the street, 30 m away, there is a very well - equipped local shop , and for larger shopping 🛒 needs you can go on 5 - minute walk by choosing one of several supermarkets. Maria😇, the owner, was very helpful and caring, I received answers to every question💡, so after a few days I knew everything important about the area and🇬🇷. If you are going to rent this place, please take care🙏of it as if it were your own, because I will definitely come back here many times and it would be perfect to find it as I remember it -

The host, Ms. Marianna, has equipped the house with very stylish furniture and items down to the finest detail. There was nothing missing in the house, it was spotlessly clean. It was very good to have a smart tv, Netflix and wifi. There were more clean towels, bed linen and additional pillows than needed. There was shampoo , body soap, and a hair conditioner in the bathroom. It made us feel like we were staying in our own home. Thank you so much for everything. We will definitely choose this house for our next trip.

Extremely clean accommodation in the central city square that has everything at your feet! For 2-3 days for a business trip it's fully convenient!

What makes it an ideal choice: comfortable stay, beautiful space, easy access, close to supermarkets, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, beach, museums.

Probably the best Airbnb we have experienced. From all the Airbnbs I've been to in various countries, this was the most professionally maintained apartment. The place was located perfectly and the apartment was spacious, comfortable, and most importantly meticulously clean. I think the little things at Airbnb go a long way, right full stock of tissue and towel paper, garbage bins, full sets of towels, and such. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. The only two points that were not perfect was the early check out time and the small second bed. We don't usually travel as a group of 4 people and didn't know what to expect so when we saw this place can accomodate 4 people we assumed the pull out couch would be large enough; however, the pull out couch was really just a single bed at most. At the end, we found a way to be comfortable and enjoy the experience. All the positives outweigh the small hiccups, and this will definitely be our go to place when we visit Alexandroupoli

We had a pleasant stay in a peaceful neighbourhood. There were several lovely taverns nearby and the city centre was a few minutes walk away. George was always responsive.

First of all, we were all worried because this was my first trip and my family made abroad. However, we met Mr. Giannis with a friendly welcome as if we had been visiting a house we had known for years. We visited the house with a nice conversation, the house was very nice and clean, which made us feel at ease. Mr. Giannis asked if we needed us during our stay, he didn't miss anything. Everything for breakfast was in the refrigerator, when we went, we were greeted cleanly everywhere with the air conditioning. To Tea, Coffee, breakfasts, bathroom necessities, bed sheets and covers, everything was complete. Mr. Giannis is a very friendly person, I was very pleased to meet him, he gave us advice about the surrounding tavernas and ice cream shops, and told us about the places we can visit around. As I said, it was our first trip abroad, I'm glad we chose Giannis Bey's house. A convenient, cozy home. Highly recommend.

Good and very clean place to stay! Nice kids bedroom, if we ever visit Alexandroupoli this place is definitely a spot that we’d like to come again!

The host's communication and sincerity was very nice. The house is on the 1st floor with a great view and a spacious balcony to enjoy. Kitchen and supplies are enough. There are enough TV programs and some toys for the children to spend time. Ideal for 2 adults and 1 child, but you can also stay with 2 children who can sleep in the same bed. The cafe under the house is closed, but I don't know if it is due to the season or constantly, we did not have any discomfort day or night. Family apartment buildings are already the host's. There is a grocery store very close to central restaurants and parks within walking distance. It's really hard for the people to leave unhappy, thank you so much 🙂 Maria. See you soon.

The house is comfortable and well designed as shown on the photos. City center is 7-8 minutes away via car. The owner is very helpful
