Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Évran

The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. Location was stunning and again exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to book again in the near future. Thank you for letting us experience the beautiful home.

L'accueil fait par Magalie et son mari est à la hauteur de la qualité de la maison. Top ! La literie est de qualité. La présence des produits de premières nécessités est un plus. Ils sont arrangeants, à l'écoute et réactifs. Maison décorée avec charme, tout y est pour se sentir à l'aise. Idéalement emplacée, nous avons pu profiter de la région. Merci pour cet agréable séjour. Our family of four had a fantastic time. The home is very big and everything has been thought of with the design and kitting out of the place. The outside barbeque area was a real boost and we used it for several meals. The garden is huge, our kids enjoyed playing football on the lawn. Around 15 mins to the beach. We found it took around 50 mins to get to St Malo, but it was worth the trip. Laurent and Jocelyne communicated well before and during our stay when we had queries. We will be back.

What a wonderful place to stay - if you’re looking for a unique place to stay that is quiet and so relaxing, this is your spot. The hosts are so friendly with wonderful recommendations, and the house is exactly as described. The hosts were so accommodating to the times we needed and even when flight and rental car delays occurred, they were flexible to accommodate us. Highly recommend!

This is a beautifully renovated little cottage, done to a high quality. It is extremely comfortable, really well equipped and in a very peaceful setting. It is very close to the canal for those coming by bike as we did, with great bike storage. we would definitely recommend this wonderful place.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour À Erquy. L’emplacement et les prestations sont de qualité. Seules ombres au tableau, le sous sol de la maison est également loué sans que l’annonce le précise, et nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude les 2 derniers jours sans que le problème soit résolu.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a night to be in the area of Mont Saint Michel because we were doing a tour of it the next day. You can see it from Cancale and it’s only a 35 minute drive The minute we walked into the Airbnb we were charmed. So much thought and nuance has been put into the place! We were impressed how well he used the space that he had to make the renovations he did. The shower was great, worked well and the whole apartment was super clean and had a very pleasant smell. The free parking is basically on top of the Airbnb and short two minute walk down some charming slate stairs. Even the parking lot overlooking the whole bay was like a big open arm welcome. We don’t like oysters or much seafood but if you do this is the place to get it. They are famous for their oysters! Definitely recommend, and also recommend other Airbnb hosts to stay there; to see how it’s done!

Tout était parfait. L'appartement de Jean Pierre était très agréable à y vivre. Jean Pierre répondait rapidement à nos questions. Ce fût un super séjour chez Jean Pierre, je le recommande fortement.

Our stay was perfect. Beautiful apartment nicely decorated and clutter free. Saint Malo is worth the visit, even when the tourists abound.

Nous avons passé un week-end familial au coeur du vieux Rennes où le logement est idéalement situé. L'appartement est bien insonorisé malgré l'âge de la bâtisse (qui est une merveille historique). La literie est de bonne qualité. Le marché le samedi matin au pied de l'appartement et tous les lieux incontournables à 10 minutes à pieds, un vrai plus pour découvrir Rennes en peu de temps.

My daughter and I stayed here for a week and had a fabulous time. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, felt like a true relic. The location was definitely full of young adults, lots of personality, and tons of bars and shopping in walking distance. It could be noisy at night, but we enjoyed the music and could simply close the windows and it was peaceful in the room.

Rien à dire franchement, honnête, respectueux, attentif, à l’écoute, réactif, et arrange énormément, je recommande fortement !

Ronan a été extrêmement réactif ce qui nous a permis de trouver un logement au dernier moment pour notre fille ! Un grand merci pour son accueil, sa communication et l'emplacement du logement qui était impeccable 👍

Très belle maison. De grands espaces à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur. Située dans une belle région près de la mer: Saint-Briac, Saint Lunaire, Dinard, Saint-Malo… L’hôte, Daniele, très réactif. Nous aurions aimé y séjourner plus longtemps. C’est la preuve que nous sommes très satisfaits!

Excellent séjour entre amis dans la Grande maison. Communication très simple et claire avec Emmanuel. Le logement était très fonctionnel pour 12 personnes. Nous avons également apprécié les jeux accessibles. La proximité de Dinan et même de Rennes était un plus aussi. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons avec plaisir :)

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der umwerfenden Landschaft, dem gepflegten Haus und dem naturnahen Garten sehr genossen. 🫶 Durchweg perfekt. 👍Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder! 🙌 Lieb gemeinter Optimierungsvorschlag: Bitte mehr Stauraum in den Schlafzimmern. Man nimmt ja immer bissle mehr zum Anziehen mit. 😉

Cecile and Francis put the super in superhost. They are attentive, friendly and responsive with plenty of good tips about the local area. Their home is one of those where the photos don’t do it justice - this is actually better than it looks. Location couldn’t be any more ideal: literally on the beach, you just have to roll out of bed and you’ll be swimming in the Atlantic. The house has been beautifully renovated and it’s decorated with attention to detail, lots of character and Cecile’s art work adding an extra layer of charm. A great hideout to explore Bretagne or to simply slow down, enjoy the scenery, the beach and the picture perfect sunsets on this quiet corner of St. Malo, away from the crowds. It’s very difficult to think of something that could be better… impossible actually. Almost feels like a well kept secret that you want to keep to yourself.

Maison très agréable, spacieuse et bien agencée, adaptée aux grands et aux petits, à 5min à pied du centre-ville de Cancale et 15min à pieds du port. Brigitte est une hôte très gentille et arrangeante. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 3 familles sans jamais nous marcher dessus !

Nous avons séjourné à 6 (2 couples et 2 personnes individuelles) avec nos chiens pendant 3 jours dans la maison de Nicolas pour passer un week-end anniversaire en famille. Séjour impec de A à Z. À quelques pas de la plage, la maison est magnifique, avec un beau jardin (bien clôturé, parfait pour enfants et chiens) et une magnifique vue sur la mer. La maison est équipée comme si on allait chez soi - literie super confortable, cuisine équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour s’éclater au aux fourneaux. Le grand plus: certaines chambres ont un lavabo, comme dans le temps. Avec les 2 salles de bain et les 2 toilettes séparées, ça a permis de ne jamais avoir de fil d’attente pour se laver ou aller au toilettes. Nicolas et le service de conciergerie sur place sont avenants, très sympathiques et nous ont filé quelques tuyaux sympas niveau restaurant. Il nous a malheureusement manqué le temps pour profiter de la belle terrasse et son barbecue. Une prochaine fois peut-être… ☺️. Merci Nicolas.

Un lieu idéal pour se retrouver en famille et profiter pour visiter le mont saint Michel et Cancal . La maison est spacieuse et bien pensée pour profiter paisiblement du lieu. Oiseaux, lièvres et chant du coq sur la terrasse nous on accompagné au petit déjeuner sur la terrasse. Et un grand merci à Sophie de nous permettre de voyager avec nos animaux à 4 pattes.

Déçu par l'annonce au dernier moment d'une piscine inaccessible. Par contre, nous avons trouvé de très beau volume de pièces de vie pour un séjour à 8 adultes. Logement au calme et tout proche du village de Léhon : belle découverte. (Abbaye, château, canal de la Rance...)
