Simple and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. 10 minutes walk to the store and bathing place. 5 minutes walk to the bus. The home has a good, family-friendly layout over a flat and is a modern home with balanced ventilation and air-to-air heat pump. Living room and kitchen are located in open solution with integrated appliances, fireplace and plenty of space for dining table. The bathroom is tiled and has a shower corner, as well as a practical laundry area behind sliding doors. The home also has a nice entrance and 3 great bedrooms

In the area you will find a total of 20 km of prepared ski slopes, and the trail network starts only 5 minutes walk from the cabin. The area is 400-500 meters above sea level and is usually very snowproof. For families with children and beginners, there is a short and child-friendly trail that goes to Liløa. There is a barbecue and seating. In the summer it takes only 2 minutes by car to a great swimming area. Here you will find piers, gaps, canoe, terrace with barbecue facilities and a sandy beach – perfect for both big and small.

Cabin at Bjørndalsvatn. The address is Bjørndalen 12 in Evje municipality. Cozy cabin with electricity and water. The cabin is very sunny in quiet nice surroundings. The cabin contains living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, hallway, great outdoor areas. There is also a gap you can sit in outdoors. Boat and fishing license are included. Good fishing and swimming facilities. It is close to Evje and Setesdal. Road all the way to the cabin. There are duvets and pillows, but bring bed linen and towels (can be rented if desired).

Cozy, modernized cottage

Cozy and idyllic cottage with a large fenced plot in a quiet cottage area near the forest with good hiking opportunities, fresh water with nice shallow beaches for swimming and fishing in Haukomvannet, a short walk away. Here you wake up refreshed to the sounds of nature in the morning, and can often enjoy the view of grazing deer in the outside of the bedroom with the coffee cup on the bed. Including bed linen and towels. Rowboat included. Perfect for a family of 4. 1500m² fenced plot makes it great for you with a dog.

Stress-free vacation in beautiful nature with private beach

Welcome to my simple but upgraded family cabin with its own long beach. Enjoy peace and quiet, bright summer evenings and freedom in nature in my childhood paradise. For active guests, I offer the use of a rowing boat, canoe, paddle board and good fishing opportunities. There are also great hiking opportunities and many activities in the nearby area and Evje with shops and Troll Aktiv is a short drive away. In winter, the ski slopes start a few hundred meters away and the snow-sure ski resort Høgås is 10 minutes away.

Charming Farm by the water

This romantic home has its very own history. For generations, the farm has been used in operation. Today the house is as it was once. It is old and rustic, but contains everything you need and is plentiful equipped. Lovely view to water and forest with bustling wildlife. Easy access from Riksveg 9. short distance to shop and activities. About 1 h drive to Kristiansand Zoo. 5 mins to the go-kart track and Evje stone center. 10 min to Rafting Center. Swimming area 100 m from the house. Fishing opportunities in the river.

Modern and family friendly cabin

This is a modern cabin from 2022, with good sunny conditions. The area is a great arena for skiing in the winter, with slopes on either side of the cabin. People work there to make sure the slopes are in top condition. In the summer there are a lot of places to go hiking, with 10 mountain tops nearby. There are also a lot of activites nearby (15-20 min drive - nearby Evje) where you can go to an amusement park, look at minerales and drive Go-kart. The cabin is a great place for relaxation.

Liten hyttevogn ved siden av en liten elv/bekk. Naturskjønt beliggenhet. Vogn har solcellepanel til lys og vedovn til oppvarming. Bålplass rett utenfor. Mulighet for å låne gratis robåt i nærmeste innsjø. Mulighet også å leie badestamp og tønnebadstue / sauna mot ekstra betaling. I sauna kan du vaske deg med varmt vann. Plassen passer fint til dem som liker seg I naturen med enkel standard overnatting. I høst/ vintertid fra ca 15.9 - 1.5 er vogna sammen med eget privat kjøkken. Hund tillatt

Newer cabin by beautiful Byglandsfjord. 8 regular beds and possibility for mattresses and use of sofa bed. Bathroom with a shower and a toilet and a toilet room as well. TV lounge with sofa. Spacious living room and kitchen with large dining table. Nature is on the doorstep, good hiking opportunities and lots of blueberries. Fire pit, kayaks and SUPs can be used. There is a private jetty by the water and several sandy beaches. It's just as good all year.

Holiday house by/Otra and Evje center

Rural, and super central to Evje city center. Child friendly with play hut, swing set, trampoline, ball bouncer. Large lawn for play. Hot tub and swimming pool (May-September) Several seats outside and dining area right by the river edge. Several sup boards available and good swimming spots. Several spaces with fire pits available. Evje city center is 350 meters away. You are sheltered and feel the space is rural and for yourself.

Here you can enjoy peace and quiet. Sit on the terrace and enjoy the amazing nature and the view over the water. It's nice to walk in the area. In the summer there are a lot of berries in the woods. There is a short distance to the Mineral Park, go-kart track and only 20 minutes to Evje city center. There is a swimming beach nearby with a floating jetty and diving board. Boat for free use.
