Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with large terrace 20 m² and garden is located on the mezzanine floor a large shared apartment 80 m² with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambiance. Close to the center, yet very quiet. There is a church nearby, but you can't hear anything from inside. It stops ringing at midnight. The pavilion is in the heart of the historic part. Built in a tavillon and enjoying exceptional views, it is a magical place. It is reached by a lush garden and stunning views of the lake and the island of Saint-Pierre. Ingeniously designed ( sofa bed ) , the pavilion offers great comfort in a small space ( 12 square meters). Check out my second listing in Erlach: the daydreams, in the heart of the old town. Parties of any kind are not allowed due to the exclusive furniture and desired tranquility. Two electric bikes are provided to guests free of charge on a seasonal basis. Late check-ins are possible upon prior arrangement and cost 20 CHF.
