Iconic 17th Century Thatched Cottage

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

Our homely 4-bedroom semi detached cottage is tastefully finished, it sleeps up to 6 guests, 2 bathrooms. It`s extremely green with its ground source heating, sits in the grounds of Orchard Cottage/Orchard Nursery with a paddock and a small terrace garden. A large open plan living-dining-kitchen area makes it an ideal retreat for a family or group of friends. Discover it in the historic part of the village near to St James The Great Church, Stratford upon Avon & The Cotswolds are nearby.

Our family Cottage is my favourite space to chill and relax. Its a cosy grade II listed 17th century cottage, full of original charm and character. We have a quaint country cottage garden which offers an additional peaceful space. Nestled in the beautiful village of Cropthorne, it sits on the edge of the Cotswolds. There are several village pubs to visit and local farm shops to explore and if you want a trip out to our larger towns or cities we are the perfect location for a short trip away.

Set in the heart of the Cotswolds in a tranquil rural location with outstanding views close to Chipping Campden, Broadway, Stratford Upon Avon, and Stow on the Wold and at the same time close to several local business areas including Warwick, Oxford and Birmingham making it ideal for those wanting to get away from it all or a place to stay while away with work.

Deluxe Coach House at Bretforton Manor with pool

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

The Woodshed

We are located in the countryside but within easy reach of Cheltenham, Stratford-on-Avon, the Cotswolds, the Malverns and Worcester. We are a working farm at the foot of Bredon Hill, just over one mile from the local village which has a great pub. There are many great walks and cycle routes around and we also have a large pond which is great for fishing in or relaxing by. The Woodshed is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with children).

Gras Lodge

Large wooden grey gates swing open to reveal a wide gravel driveway in the foreground is Gras Lodge which offers views over to the hills of the Cotswolds. The Lodge has 2 bedrooms, the 2nd bedroom is a twin room but can be made up to a superking upon request (This must be requested when booking). The kitchen has everything you will need for your stay. Guests are free to walk around the land (map supplied) through wildflowers, grass and enjoy any wildlife that you may see.

Between Stratford-upon-Avon and North Cotswolds

Very spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished,well equipped duplex. 10 mins drive Stratford upon Avon, 15 mins drive to northern Cotswolds. Abundance of footpath walks by river from your door. Jack's House - Countryside retreat

Unwind at this peaceful countryside retreat, named after the family horse who was stabled here. Located on a working organic farm, Jack's House has been lovingly restored with underfloor heating, high-beamed ceilings and bi-fold doors, for a modern yet charming feel. Fitted with everything you need to switch off, relax and enjoy the stunning Worcestershire views that reach as far as the Malvern Hills, the perfect backdrop for any escape.

Larch Barn

We’ve recently converted our new barn into a stylish and comfortable three bedroom apartment. The master bedroom has a super-king size bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bath, shower and double basin. The second bedroom has a double bed and single bed and it’s own shower room. There is a third double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The sitting room has an electric wood burner. Every room has stunning views!
