This home has lots of light, new appliances and furniture. You are renting the entire home in the rear of the property. This is in an older, diverse neighborhood, with friendly Hispanic, Portuguese, Viet, Black and White neighbors, and a low crime rate. The pets in the listing are actually in the front house. The back house is pet friendly, but cleaned after each visit. There are neighborhood cats outside. Easy access to bus lines, and two major highways (101 and 280).

Pros: clean, comfortable and spacious. Responsive host and the home had all the needed amenities. The heater kept us warm and comfortable. Easy access to the home having the paved driveway and patio door. Styled beautifully with nice upgrades. It was modern and had a country chic vibe feel to it. Cons: multiple stairs to different levels inside and outside of the home and the ungated backyard was a slight issue with an older dog and toddlers. Also the hot tub didn’t appear ready to use, had some sort of debris in the drain that we scooped out. Pavan also was able to send the maintenance man over the following day so that was much appreciated!

This place was perfect for our stay. We are Airbnb super hosts ourselves and have been hosting since 2017 so we know what it is like to creat a 5 star experience for others. We appreciated how clean the place was, quiet , updated. The air conditioner worked well and even helped cool the bedrooms down. The beds were so super cozy - which helped a lot since our stay was for medical and rest. One of the coziest beds we’ve stayed in at an Airbnb. Most of all the hosts were so responsive and were willing to help with whatever we needed. Amazing experience and highly recommend!

My stay for two nights was very comfortable and lots of amenities were provided in the Airbnb. Lots of kitchen amenities and shower products were available (shampoo + conditioner). Very comfortable bed and nice lineans. Spacious backyard which I brought my small dog with me. She also enjoyed her stay. Very clear instructions to follow to get inside. Plenty of parking on the side of the house. Highly recommended Li's Airbnb!

This was definitely the best airbnb I've found in the area! The space was private and comfortable. Plenty of clean towels, toilet paper, and paper towels (a surprising annoyance of mine with stays other places!). Responsive host. Helpful instructions. Felt right at home in the space. Clean and tidy. Comfy bed, pillows (actually 4 of them, thank you!), and overall temperature of the apartment. Easy check-in and check-out. One thing to note is that it is conveniently located across from bart station, so there is some noise associated with that, but you ARE in the city, so there's that. It didn't really bother me, just something to note if you're a light sleeper (but the bed was so comfy, it didn't phase me much!). I stayed for 12 days, and it was perfect for my needs. I would definitely stay again! Thank you!!

Great stay while visiting relatives in Menlo Park and East Palo Alto. Nice neighborhood. Easy to get in and out of the neighborhood. Quick access to the 101 with nearby shopping options. Very helpful and responsive hosts. The home was clean and as advertised. Would definitely stay here again.
