There are two bedrooms with double beds on the main floor and double bed in the loft. The bathroom is furnished with Cinderella incineration toilet and Cinderella urinal, shower cubicle and sink . There is open living room/kitchen and in the living room there is TV. Have internet. There is no dishwasher or washing machine at the cabin. There is a private parking lot. Bjørklund farm

Welcome to this idyllic old farmhouse on Tjeldøya. The northern Light can be seen right outside the door and during the summermonths one can see cruiseboats on the Tjeldsund strait. The house is close to the sea, and the island is perfect for hikes in the mountains. You can fish cod, Salmon, makrell or flatfish - and if lucky you may ser the whales or some of the majestic eagles that habitates in this area. This year, it may be especially attractive to be able to come to Bjørklund farm for Norgesferie.

A unique experience close to nature. Our cabin is situated in untouched wilderness, close to lakes, valleys and mountains. Unlimited fishing and hiking potential. 35 minutes drive from airport & Harstad, 2.5 hours from Lofoten. Road access and free parking by the cabin. 10 minutes drive to grocery store & the sea. Upright beds/towels. 45 min drive to Harstad, same to the airport. 5 min to mini market, playground and gas station. 75 min to Polar park, 2 hours to Målselvfossen. 2.5 hours to Svolvær, 3 hours to Senja, under 4 hours to Tromsø. No smoking inside, nor allowed to party.

Evenes Airp. Northern lights on the way to Lofoten

New cottage from 2014 just 10 km from Evenes Airport. The cabin is located halfway (260 km each way) between Tromsø and Å on the mainland of Lofoten. The cottage has a simple and good standard with most amenities one expects to find in a regular home. The cottage has lovely views towards Tjeldsundet in the north and has midnight sun from late May to mid July. In the dark part of the year there are good conditions for admiring the Northern Lights.

The Blue House - Blokken

A genuine and cozy house from 1900 with an amazing atmosphere and view. The Blue House is an optimal base for hiking, skiing, kayaking, snowshoe trekking and mountaineering. Fishing in the lakes or in the sea is right outside the door. Maps, first aid kit are available free of charge. The house is just renovated, and painted in colors chosen by the “blue city” artist, Bjørn Elvenes. Charger for electric cars is available for an extra fee.

Surrounded by dramatic mountains and oceans, Andørja is the most mountaineous island of Northern Europe. Mighty peaks shoot straight up from the sea. Few places are the landscape more conspicious than at Laupstad, where our farmhouse lies just between the sandy beach and mountains. We welcome singles, couples and families of every nationality! Fishing trips is possible. The midnight sun is best experienced by boat after all.
