On the ground floor of a townhouse with living room with sofa bed, open kitchen and dining area as well as an adjoining bedroom with bathroom and toilet. 30 m2 covered inner courtyard, with outdoor lounge, giving access to the garden.

De gîte ligt landelijk gelegen, maar op korte afstand van restaurant, supermarkt en de snelweg, A71 (10 minuten). Als u wilt kunt u gebruik maken van onze goed gevulde ontbijtmand. "La Retirance" (the dwelling in Bourbonnais dialect) is a renovated country house located in Bourbonnais, offering peace and tranquility with a vast plot of 2000 m², ideal for relaxing moments. The land is bordered by hedges, which clearly delineates the space, but monitoring is recommended if you are coming with a dog. Easily accessible thanks to its proximity to the A71 highway. It consists of 3 bedrooms accessible only by stairs.
