The cosy little appartment ist situated only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 4 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from Appartments Entrance.

Dream house with home cinema close to vineyards

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. The bungalow is newly furnished and has a separate entrance. The location is very quiet and close to the Neckar Valley. Playground for children (max. 2) offers a large garden around the house. Barbecues are available on request. Lockable rooms are available for cyclists. In Sulz a.N. (2km) there are some leisure activities, such as an outdoor swimming pool, ice cream parlours, café, bicycle and hiking trails, castle café and local museum in Glatt as well as mini golf.
