Das Haus wurde mit ökologischen Materialien (Holzfaserdämmung, Lehmputz) gebaut und liebevoll mit Massivholzmöbel eingerichtet. Es verfügt über ein Doppelbett 160 x 200, eine Couch, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und Trockentrenntoilette. Das Haus ist gut mit der Bahn zu erreichen, der Bahnhof Hämelerwald ist nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
