Our Duplex with private terrace and magnificent views of the Cathedral, is located in the heart of Seville, just a few steps from the most emblematic monuments such as the Cathedral and the Alcázar and charming restaurants. It is located on the iconic Calle Ximénez de Enciso number 2, in the heart of the Barrio de Santa Cruz, famous for its narrow streets full of history and flavour. It is located in a recently refurbished building, with a novel and well-kept decoration to provide a comfortable stay. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds fully dressed, 160 x 200 cm, 2 bathrooms with shower, heater and hairdryer. The upper floor has a spacious living room with sofa bed and flat screen smart TV, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave and induction hob. The living room has access to a large private terrace with spectacular views of the Cathedral, ideal for breakfast, dinner or just relaxing while enjoying the Sevillian landscape. The flat also has air conditioning and free WiFi.
