Everything is Scottish & Skewed and low! Back-to-basic, cozy treats instead of bliss but with infrared sauna. Lovely to relax before you roll in the nice 2-p bed. To wake up in the morning with (or through) the smell of freshly baked rolls (bakery around the corner). Here you forget the hustle and stress of everyday life!

The cozy loft in our family home has a separate entrance and private parking. A lobby, separate toilet, living room (wifi, Netflix, Proximus, DVD), full kitchen, double bed and bathroom. A small cozy backyard is landscaped. "Chez Lou" is the ideal place for a relaxing stay. (Hot tub May to October). We are in Baelen, near the Hautes Fagnes and the Michel hut for beautiful walks. A stone's throw away, Aachen or Eupen, for activities, shops and restaurants.

Hikers and cyclists are only 300 meters from the Venn, Ravel and Velo cycle paths. In the surrounding area is the Eifelsteig, Rursee, Monschau Old Town and Vogelsang Castle.

I slept here with my son. We enjoyed it to the fullest. The cottage was sparkling clean, full of comforts and the bed was fantastic. Upon arrival we were surprised with homemade, delicious macarons, a delicious personal touch that made the stay extra special. We felt right at home and would absolutely love to come back here. Absolutely recommended!

We really loved our stay at this beautiful house in Eupen! The house has a lovely garden next to a babbling brook, very idyllic! And the house itself is very cosy and warm decorated; we immediately felt at home. Also the house is equiped with everything you need. Furthermore, the communication with Sylke was very nice: she is very helpful, kind and reacts quickly. We would definitely recommend this stay!

Lovely spot for a weekend away, would have liked to stay longer. We were two couples and one 22 month old and it suited really well. Nice river walk nearby and convenient to walk to bakery and playground. Easy for quick trip into Aachen as well.
