Villa vacation rentals in Euboea

It’s the third time I’m organising a wellness retreat in Villa Emanuela. It is always a pleasure to return to this sanctuary of peace, so close to the thermal waters of Aidipsos. Mr Elias is always welcoming us with his big smile, taking care of us and helping us in case we need anything. The communication with both, Christos and Mr. Elias is always impeccable. The villa was spotless, perfectly clean. We thank you for your hospitality and we hope to see you again soon.

The accommodation was lovely, beautiful views and exactly as described. Rania was an excellent host and was always happy to answer our questions and help us on occasion. We had a great time staying in Penelope villa. Would definitely return.

A week-long stay, typically a holiday in the second half of October 2024, daily sunshine, light winds by the sea, bathing and walking along the seaside promenade. Functional kitchen; close to beach and downtown. Well-stocked shops nearby. We recommend the fish restaurant H Trata next to the harbor and a fish and seafood shop in the center where you can buy fresh or fried products. We recommend walking to Saint Efraim Monastry and taking the 310 bus to Marathon Run Muzeum. Close to Athens; it takes about 1 hour to get to the M3 Halandri metro station by taxi and further by metro to Syntagma square. We recommend a family stay in Nea Makri.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this villa was something special. The architecture is stunning—modern yet warm, with every detail carefully considered. Expansive glass doors blur the line between indoors and out.The centerpiece, though, is undeniably the infinity pool. It offers an uninterrupted view of the ocean. Amazing sunset. Nice outdoor furniture. The interior design complements the setting perfectly: minimalist yet luxurious and an earthy palette. The bedrooms have own bathrooms and most of them also doors to the garden. Ideal for anyone seeking peace, beauty, and a bit of architectural inspiration. Location-wise, it's equally exceptional. A short walk brings you to a beautiful beach (5 min). In the other direction you find lively fishing village, home to about 20 traditional tavernas. Great thanks also to Sonia (taking care of the house) for all good recommendations and for helping us with rening motorbikes.

We really have no words.We spent the Easter days 10 people there (3 families) with children and babies and he left us the best impressions.The house as a place that not only is not missing anything but the hosts have provided for much more things than the basics as well as as people who from the first moment we booked and in every communication either at our arrival or by phone they were very kind and extremely helpful.We took a lot of things that we didn't use because the house provided them with the above.A step forward the hosts for every need that may arise,many congratulations!!It is also recommended as a place and as a hospitality and definitely as a location as it is beautiful and quiet.We will definitely seek to revisit it in the future!

We stayed with the family in George's place. He was immediately very friendly and hospitable. She even gave us a taste of an exquisite homemade cheese. The house is exactly as described on the site. It is very comfortable for 6 people and offers a garden where I could even pick great figs and lemons. The only small problem is that the house is attached to the road that connects the port to the western part of the island and therefore, despite being totally immersed in the greenery affected by the noise of cars and scooters. But this absolutely does not disturb the night's rest as the double windows are very well insulating. Overall we are very happy with our stay in George's place.

Matina and Kosta’s place was even more beautiful than the photos would indicate! The views are some of the best I’ve ever seen, and the location is so peaceful and feels really safe. The villa itself is great with lots of light opportunities and balconies, and the pool was really great - felt very big and again had great views. The only challenge is getting to the villa: against Matinas advice we decided not to get a hire car as we were only there for a couple of days, however taxis were really expensive because the road to the villa is mountainous and isolated. However the taxi driver that Matina put us in contact with was really available which was helpful. Therefore if you are staying longer than a couple of days a hire car is a must, and just be aware the road is quite challenging and steep. Overall though we had a wonderful time and would love to come again to enjoy these beautiful views!

We absolutely loved staying at Alex’s place! It was clean and had everything we needed. The views are simply amazing! Water on every side. There is a beach that is walkable! The pool was perfect. It was a bit windy to enjoy it at times, but still a gorgeous spot. We loved being away from the busyness of everything. The mattresses were not the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in, but not unbearable.

We really enjoyed our stay! While the indoor spaces were a bit small, the outdoor area more than made up for it. The view was absolutely stunning and made our experience truly memorable.

This place was hands down the best we, or anyone in our group, have ever stayed at. It's absolutely beautiful, modern, and offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space, including a fantastic outdoor kitchen that's perfect for groups. We loved absolutely everything about this place - the breathtaking views, the comfortable accommodations, and the charming nearby town of Epivadros. We used this location as our starting point to explore various nearby places, and there's even a beach just a short drive from the villa. Chrysthania was incredibly generous with the amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked, and she even surprised us with cold drinks. She went above and beyond and arranged us with a delicious dinner in the villa on our first night as we got to the villa around midnight after a long day. With plenty of room to accommodate all 14 of us in comfort and luxury, we can't recommend this place enough

George was Fantastic!

The property was far better than what we anticipated. The rooms were beautifully decorated and pristine with a great ambience. The property contained everything that we could have possibly wanted for our stay. We were comfortable and definitely felt right at home. Welcome treats were provided which was a wonderful gesture and the man who met us and showed us around was very friendly and helpful. We also met the cleaner half way through our stay and she was also very lovely and informative in terms of recommendations etc. Katerina was there for us from start to finish, informing us about things like the operation of equipment in the house or ferry services. All in all we had a wonderful stay, we wish it could have been longer. We would definitely return again.

Really great villa for 10 people Had lots of amenities

Great hosts and great place! Private, quiet with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. There were minor details that could be improved in order to reach excellency. i.e. We couldn't find a wine opener, there was no kitchen cloth to clean the kitchen benches and one set of towels was clean but still very wet. The hosts were very kind, friendly and helpful and gave clean instructions for everything! Overall it was a great experience and would definetly recommend it for families or groups of friends.

Beautiful views Very peaceful Kyriakos is very communicative and friendly. The house has tonnes of amenities (how often does your house have an elevator) Would highly recommend renting a car if you're not from the area. Tip for the other travellers: the property is on a very large beautiful tract off land with an automatic gate that can only be opened from the house or two remotes the host provides. Easy enough but something to keep in mind

The Villa is in a quiet area, north-east of Athens and on the coast. Athens is only miles away and we visited twice to see the important sights and to enjoy the atmosphere. The villa is fantastic, set on a bank above the sea and had all the amenities that we needed, including a well equipped kitchen. The TV and sound system worked well. We were greeted on the day by Maria and she gave helpful instructions on the villa and activities locally. If we had any questions she answered very quickly. A highly recommended villa, sleeping six. Downstairs was self contained with its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sitting room. Ideal for getting away from the noisier guests. The good sized Lidl was 20 minutes drive away, as were pharmacies and the usual important shops and services.

Our stay at Mrs. Katerina's wonderful accommodation will be unforgettable! Beautiful clean and well-maintained space! He took care of us with a lot of goodies from the place and made us feel at home! Everything was great to the last detail! Even the outdoor space was very thoughtful! Beautiful garden nice pool and breathtaking endless view! For those who want to relax while at the same time they want to go to shops and see the center! Perfect place for winter and summer! Comfortable clean well-maintained spaces with a lot of taste and passion! We will definitely go back to Mrs. Katerina's accommodation! It's worth going for several days for relaxation and fun! Mrs. Katerina, thank you so much for the instructions you sent us before your arrival, your wonderful hospitality and your honesty! The house had everything and more! All clean and neat! Hopefully we'll see you soon! You have a little paradise part of nature!

We enjoyed a very relaxing week at this beautiful property. There are wonderful views from every window and the property feels very private and a real retreat. The owner has furnished the house simply and stylishly to complement the surroundings and we found the rooms very comfortable - a real home from home! The property has a fabulous pool and the option to walk down to two little beaches right next to the house for a dip in the sea. Although the spot is quite breezy, this would be delightfully cooling in the Greek Summer heat. The house was also great base for exploring southern Evia - Karystos is a short 10/15 min drive and we explored Ochi, the Dimosari gorge and lots (and lots) of secluded beaches as well as spending some days relaxing at the house as it was too nice to leave! Our holiday in this house was beyond our expectations. Finding the place clean and all essentials inside, the stay was truly comfortable and easy. The owner of the house was very responsive to all our questions, and kind. Location of the house is also perfect; just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and very convenient to restaurants in which you can find great Greek cousine. I highly recommend this property for anyone who seeks a calm holiday in a well-cared-for home in such a convenient setting as well as a a beautiful beach and the sea. Hope to visit there again !

Best airbnb I have ever booked. If you are looking for a peaceful place close to the beach to spend with family and friends then this is the place for you. Yannis was a perfect host very friendly he directed us and recommended the best places to eat. The house was clean and the swimming pool was huge and very clean. I Will definitely visit again☺️

We enjoyed our stay here. It is in a nice quiet location but still close to the sites and Naplion.

The Villa was amazing! So immaculate and spacious, the view was spectacular , everything we needed was there. Gina was the best host, from the moment she met us there to the moment she saw us off, she made us feel so welcome and at home. We were a party of 9 with two younger children and teenagers, that there was plenty for all of them to do. The swimming pool, games, table tennis, foosball. Gina is such a kind lady that nothing was too much trouble and she has a great sense of humour. She helped us with booking a boat trip, finding other beaches and activities to do. The villa was in the perfect location, not too far from shops and restaurants in a car, but remote enough you had so much privacy and it was so quiet, we felt so safe and secure in it at all times. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back there. Thank you Gina xx
