We communicated easily with Anne-Marie before our arrival. The accommodation is at the foot of the beach, it's really convenient. We found all the necessary amenities for our baby. The city center is within walking distance and a small fairground is at the end of the beach.

We had a lovely stay at this place. The house is pleasant and is in a very good location with the beach a 10-minute walk away. My daughter was delighted with the children's space with the teepee upstairs. Fanny is a responsive and accommodating host. Recommended.

We stayed 1 week, 2 families or 4 adults and 3 children including 1 infant. The stay went well, the house is true to photos and descriptions, we enjoyed the pool almost every day, Carine was more than responsive and available to answer our questions, very friendly to the image of the house which is welcoming, warm and clean. This one is well placed to quickly access the center of La Rochelle, a large area nearby, we were able to do our shopping as soon as we arrived. I would highly recommend, thank you Carine 🙂

Very nice house, cool in these heatwave times, with spacious rooms, close to the beach very nice too and restaurants, in an area with many activities.

As advertised, the staircase is "steep"😉. You have to hold on tight to go down. The accommodation is very clean, very well-equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, traditional oven, Nespresso coffee machine), and has large volumes, which is an asset for a vacation, where everyone needs space in a family of 2 parents and 2 young children. Shops are nearby, the supermarket is accessible by car in 10 minutes. Privately, we gave our host some suggestions for improvement, but it's very personal, everyone has their own lifestyle. Thank you for a great family vacation. We recommend it.

We had a great time at this rental, very well located in Royan: beaches, shops and city center within 15 minutes' walk, so we didn't use our vehicle during our stay. The rental was IMPECCABLE, very comfortable bedding, the interior whose decoration was very cozy and pleasantly decorated, was also impeccable and well-equipped, we did not lack anything. Our stay at Mickaël's went very well. The house is in a very nice location, in a quiet cul-de-sac and a 5-minute walk to the beach! The house has many amenities. A dream house, everything is simple and convenient. An ideal location for discovering the island of Oleron by bike and on foot. We'll be happy to go back. Special dedication to Floriane who always responded to our needs with a big smile.

Perfect stay in a lovely house and a very nice area that we did not know. We explored Soulac-sur-Mer more than the Verdon but the surroundings are very pleasant The house is perfect for family holidays

The house is stylish and rustic and Majid was so lovely. Would love to return to the beautiful villa. The neighbour did shout at us for splashing in the pool but in fairness, we had five children between us and it was 9am. The area was quiet and the Carrefour just minutes away was handy. You couldn’t not have a great stay here. Just be aware that the annexe is completely separate. It worked well for us as two families.

Lovely house on the edge of the quiet village of Sainte Marie which has a some good restaurants and is half an hour bike ride away from Saint Martin. The house is beautifully appointed and the nearby coastline is ideal for walking, swimming and watching the sunset. We loved our time here.
