Close to all amenities, you will enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of the place. The large kitchen/living room overlooking the terrace and the outside is distinguished from the sleeping area consisting of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms. The heated pool during the southern hemisphere winter opens the doors to the Indian Ocean.

The villa's exterior features a two-story structure with wooden accents and large glass doors, overlooking a natural stone swimming pool. Comfortable sun loungers are positioned beside the pool, and a balcony with views is visible on the upper level, enhancing the outdoor living space.

Our 4* furnished property is fully equipped, a beautiful air-conditioned bedroom, a smart TV, a very comfortable queen size bed, a large bay window overlooking the outdoor terrace with views of the pool and the sea, a superb bathroom, a very nice walk-in shower and a toilet. A living room, a fully equipped kitchen. Two large outdoor terraces with a magnificent view, a covered section, a SOFTUB jacuzzi and a heated salt pool of 4 M X 6 M with views.

We have carefully furnished this apartment to offer a relaxing space between two walks. You will appreciate the proximity to the Etang-Salé forest for its shaded trails, which are very popular with walkers, joggers, riders, golfers and mountain bikers. In less than 15 minutes, you can also reach the fishing village, discover the long volcanic sand beaches and the rock corridors ("the Gouffre"). Located between the Wild South and the West Coast.
