Close to the University Hospital and major roads. 20-minute walk to the beach. It's a base for budget travelers waiting for comfort and practicality. Public parking for the "Francis Nicole" swimming pool, 100 m away.

The accommodation consists of a kitchen living room with large central island, fully equipped, oven, microwave, fridge, hob The seating area with BZ sofa bed, an Italian shower room and a bedroom. Tranquility 10 mins from the center of town of the pond-salt the tops, 15 mins from the black sand beach where swimming is allowed. NON-SMOKING We look forward to seeing you.
