You will be in a quiet area, close to all amenities, 5 minutes from the forest and 10 minutes from the beach. There is an equipped outdoor kitchen and direct access to our swimming pool. Air conditioning, workspace, 40 m2 covered wooden terrace, dining area, bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi and relaxation area. Parking for one car.
