Fantastic week stay at Julian and Jude’s cottage. Communication was excellent. We received a lovely warm welcome and that continued throughout the stay with suggestions and recommendations of places to visit and see. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities, the hot tub and pool were absolutely excellent in a superb location. Thank you ever so much Julian and Jude, all the best for a relaxing retirement! X

We had a great time staying at this extraordinary place! The treehouse is luxuriously equipped with toilet and shower and it is wonderfully quiet. Also the environment is very worthwhile and Selma gives good tips (e.g. restaurants). We would book it again at any time:-)

We had a great time at Christophe's place. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the cleanliness, the location to visit the castles of the Loire and the amenities (especially those for our baby as if we were at home and the hot tub that allowed us to rest well)! We recommend it without hesitation!

We loved spending these few days with Nicolas and his wife. Besides the fact that the trailer is a cozy nest so comfortable, our hosts were very welcoming. Always very caring, they gave us good advice and welcomed us in their peaceful garden. Full of special touches, nothing was missing. And the icing on the cake, on Easter Day we woke up and Nicolas had hidden eggs in the garden to the delight of my children. I highly recommend and hope to be back someday.

Accommodation perfectly suited for us...Less than 15 minutes by car from the Parc des Expositions in Tours, this accommodation was perfect to welcome us during the weekend for our competition... Very spacious and clean...Jean Marie was listening to us..thank you

Very well-equipped cottage, in an old outbuilding renovated with great taste. The hostess provides a perfect welcome, she is full of good tips for visiting the area. Recommended without hesitation.

Had a great stay with Carole and David. Everything was present, arranged to the last detail and sparkling clean. Somewhat damp but that was to be expected in a cave house. However, this was no problem at all. Nice terrace with a pleasant garden. Upon arrival, there was a nice treat for the dog. Can recommend it to everyone.

Patrick was very forward-thinking, offering us in advance to install an armchair and crib for our little one, and inquiring in advance about our arrival and any needs or questions. So check-in and checkout were relaxing. The decoration of the house is incredible and the garden is lovely.

Great stay! The owner is very responsive, available and accommodating — we were late (1:30 a.m. on a Saturday night) and he still welcomed us warmly. He also took the time to prepare personalized recommendations, tested by himself, which was a big plus. Very nice and flexible on check-in and check-out times. The apartment was faithful to the photos: clean, quiet, good location (right in the city center but in a quiet neighborhood). A really good experience. We recommend it!

We stayed here for a week with a group of 12 and found the home to be perfectly sized. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out if wanted and still enough spaces for us all to come together. The grounds and area in general are stunning and very peaceful. You absolutely need a car to get around to anything. The nearest towns are small and charming and Tours is only about 40min away. It's important to note the second floor has 2 showers, so the bedrooms with the single beds (pink and green) must share with the turquoise room, or walk through the blue room to use theirs. The water is hot but the top floor has low pressure if anyone else is showering. The house and furnishings show their age but it's very comfortable and charming. All of Pierre's recommendations were lovely - we did the carriage ride and hired a private chef (Morgan) both with great success. I would definitely recommend the stay again it was such a relaxing week and a great hub to all the Loire chateaux.

This place was Spacious; very Spacious for just my husband and I. Loved It!! Walking distance for a lot of stores and restaurants. If You really want to treat yourself go to Le Reserve-it was amazing!! Get the Apple for dessert. Eating at and living near the Clock Tower and an easy walk to the Chateau d’ Amboise was perfect. Take a cold bottle of water if you’re walking to Leonardo Di Vinci’s home. It’s worth the walk, but it is a workout, especially with no Cold Water. The chime on the Clock Tower at the 1/2 hr made me smile. Reminded me I was in France every-time! I think it stopped at 6 pm daily. I would not only return I would live here!! Merci

Great welcome by our host in the accommodation, great location! What a pleasure to find some delicious homemade cake after our bike trip! Roselyne is adorable, very responsive and very helpful following an oversight on our part. It would be a real pleasure to return!

A magical, enchanting place practically immersed in a Monet painting. I highly recommend a stay, too bad for us that it was only one day.

Isabelle and Patrick's Airbnb is really high-quality. It is conveniently located in the middle of many activities in a very peaceful and comfortable area to live in. Isabelle and Patrick are here for you to have the best stay possible. We highly recommend it.

We had a great time at Severine and Stephane's place. The setting is beautiful. The accommodation is perfectly equipped. The bedding is of good quality. There's nothing missing. It feels like home. Our hosts were very friendly and thank you again to Severine for her kind attention upon arrival. Relaxation is total and outdoor games are a plus. Ideal if you have a dog with the large garden totally fenced. We'll be happy to go back!

Patrick is a gracious host who greets you up on arrival in order to show you the amenities and how everything works. The property itself is lovely and the living spaces are all very clean, roomy and well decorated. Kitchen is well supplied with everything needed for cooking. The swimming pool, which we used in mid-May was special treat, warm and has a lovely view of chapel and town in the distance. There is but one thing which does not come across in the description of this space, which is that only one bedroom adjoins the living/dining/kitchen space. The 2nd bedroom is accessed via the 1st bedroom... or through the outside walkway, which in our case worked just fine with the lovely weather we had. May not be an issue if you are with your children, but with my in-laws this would have been very inconvenient if the weather was bad. So, other than that I can highly recommend Patricks place for a wonderfully cozy stay in beautiful French countryside close to numerous chateau.

A paradise! Wonderful terrace on the edge of the forest, where we ate meals. A beautiful well-maintained pool invited you to swim. Jasmine scent and flowering perennials as well as a vegetable garden are on the premises. Evelyn and Pierre were warm and always approachable hosts. Horses, dogs and chickens keep company on the old roses over sown property. Would love to come again.

Perfectly located for visiting the castles of the Loire. Very nice and functional house. And a very nice pool! Welcome and communication was a real plus to simplify check-in and check-out! We recommend!

We had a lovely time in this cottage. There are many amenities ( wifi and iron, coffee machine). The real plus of this rental is the garden which is conducive to relaxation. We recommend eyes closed.

Wow, what a great find and such a cute little house! Aude was very welcoming and friendly and we felt at home right away. The house is spacious, extremely well-equipped and very comfortable. Everything worked and we couldn't think of anything that was missing. With a dining table and chairs in the kitchen, lounge and on the large terrace, there are also plenty of options for where to eat. It was lovely to have the swimming pool which we used 2 or 3 afternoons and there is a retractable roof if the weather is not so good. It is very quiet and secluded, yet so convenient for visiting several chateaux. In fact, you can walk or cycle down to the river and along a path towards Chenonceau, as we did one evening, for the best possible location for photographing the chateau's famous arched bridge. Perfect!
