Vacation rentals with lake access in Estrella Mountain Ranch, Goodyear

Spacious rental with four bedrooms makes it nice for a large group. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and the large backyard is nice for kids to run around. The owner was great at communicating and responding quickly. The rental is in a great location near the Interstate which made it very convenient. We enjoyed our stay!

Lynn was very hospitable. While we were unable to use the spa due to repairs beyond her control, she offered amenities for us to use free of charge. Her house was a lovely place for us to stay and enjoy Christmas with family. We especially enjoyed her fireplace every night, bringing cozy warmth and comfort to us all. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Lynn!

Very nice and clean place. We loved the putting green and the nice outdoor space out back to relax. Neighborhood was very quiet and safe! There was great communication from start to finish of our trip. I highly recommend this place!

We chose Kim’s place because of its location to the area we were familiar with. It is great for walking the lakes and walking to Starpoint residents center. The place shows its age, but it was very clean and Kim was very responsive. She communicated with me within 24 hours. We needed a place to stay after we sold our Estrella house while we completed our volunteer commitments. It served that purpose.

We had the best time! The east walk to the lake was amazing and not something we expected to be able to do. Very friendly community.

Lovely home, great location and Cally was incredibly responsive The home was clean, well stocked and the TV’s are gigantic. The BBQ grill, all kitchen and washer/dryer appliances worked great. The pool is huge. Thank you Cally! Ron and Arlene

It started off with complimentary early check-in which turned out to be very useful as people in our group were getting in early in the afternoon. We loved that. We paid for the pool heating and it was ready to go when we arrived. We spent a great deal of time outdoors. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were perfect. They can't control the weather, obviously, but the weather did afford keeping the house open and airy, never needed the AC. We did have an issue with all the bathroom outlets not getting any power (clearly they were on the same circuit) and the host worked with us to resolve it. Most of us being from Iowa weren't used to the breaker panel being outside so we just assumed the panel was in the garage or in a utility room that was locked. She stopped by in the afternoon took care of the matter and there wasn't a single issue after that. Fry's food store is a couple of minutes away, and a tesla charging station is two minutes away at The Citadel (shopping plaza).

Great place that fit what we were looking for in a space. Friendly host. Beautiful lake with walking path. Nice pool and hot tub.

Robert was very friendly and listened to my concerns, trying to help as much as he could. I am very impressed by his kindness. My guests also enjoyed staying at Tracy’s property, and I would like to recommend it.

My husband and I are retired couple from Illinois and stayed in this rental for a month. Jean was very attentive to our needs. We had a few minor issues in which she resolved very quickly. She checked in with us numerous times to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything. The condo was centrally located with easy access to main highways. One of the things we liked the most about this condo is that it is a one level rental. The pool is right outside the front door, but was undergoing some maintenance issues for a while during our stay. We loved having access to the lake and its walking path around it. We did walk this most days. We also were in close vicinity to Spring training camps and got to see quite a few games. Overall we were happy with our stay and with Jean as our host.

Loved the location for where I needed to be. It was clean and tidy. It’s perfect for 1-2 people.

We had a great time, and Dena was very responsive.
