Place was perfect for me my husband and pup. Easy check in and out, clean spot just as pictured, with great amenities.

Great little apartment not far from anywhere you would want to go in the Phoenix area! We stayed here for spring training and it was a great location and nice place to unwind.

We had a wonderful stay while in town for spring training. The location is great and very easy to get around. So many great restaurants are nearby. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed for the stay. Desenia was professional and left us with great instructions. I would highly recommend staying at Desenia’s if you are in the Phoenix area!

Everything was excellent.... I'm not sure what the neighbors below us were complaining about, I do not feel we did anything to cause for a complaint. I think maybe they don't like the idea of you using the place as an Air BNB, and used this as excuse to complain, but I don't really know. We were not causing any issues to cause complaints I am confident of that. Otherwise I had no complaints with everything, all was very nice....

The apartment is cute, king bed comfortable, close to stores and restaurants, friendly neighbours and the grounds are well kept. The location within the complex is good along with the designated parking space. There are other available spots if you have a 2nd vehicle or visitors. We had a couple minor things that needed attending and it was taken care of the same day. Laundry facilities are just around the corner close to the pool. Please note there are stairs leading up to condo so would not work for anyone that has accessibility issues. We would stay again!

Great place. Everything at walking distance

Everything from start to finish was great, everything was as described and the location was perfect for our needs (grocery, walking/biking trails practically next door). The condo is tastefully decorated, the kitchen has many amenities and is very functional, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was as described. The neighborhood is quiet and people are friendly, which made our stay even better. The few times we needed to communicate Fernando was prompt with his responses. Highly recommend!

Good location good stay

Kevin’s Airbnb was the perfect choice for our family of four during our Christmas break! The condo was spotless, with modern furniture and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location is fantastic—peaceful and quiet, with opportunities for relaxing walks in the community. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and the well-equipped gym, which was much needed after indulging in all the great nearby food options. Kevin was an amazing host—super responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. If you’re visiting Phoenix, this place is a gem. We’re already booking our return stay!

We spent almost 2 weeks there and we felt right at home! It has everything you need and it was clean and tidy. We really loved being able to play Gallega every day 😂 Alex and Nicole respond right away if you need anything. We are heading back to Tempe in 2 weeks and will be staying there again. Thank you!!

Great place for what we needed. There for a family reunion so the location was great for us, it was very clean and in working order. Kyle was very responsive, quick to get back to me. Kyle's place was very nice perfect for 4 people. Stores are close for food and gas, I'm not much of a shopper so didn't pay attention if there were shopping stores. Thank you Kyle..

I went for a week for Spring Training. The location was perfect for the games that I wanted to watch. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Pool was great for relaxing after returning from ballgames. Condo was perfect for me

Just like the pictures. If you like to hike - hole in the rock and the zoo are short distance and walkable. Pools were amazing and the landscaping was well done. Clear instructions for check in and out. Perfect stay for a couple. Definitely recommend.

I booked an extended stay and for the entire time I was there I never had an issue and loved every minute at the Airbnb. If I ever come back to Arizona I am 100% booking with Kim again and hopefully I can get the same place. Just an overall amazing experience and I can’t recommend them enough.

Great location, well equipped condo that had all we needed. The host was responsive when we had an issue. The check in instructions were clear with photos. Would recommend.

Great for a family with young kids (2 and a 4 yr old)! The kids really appreciated the legos and my youngest liked that her pack n play fit in the closet lol Very close distance to Papago Park, zoo, Scottsdale, and the airport. The pool was great and kitchen perfect for our needs, was able to whip up some quick meals for the kids when needed. Thanks again for the stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Carla's during spring break. The house was very clean and fully stocked! It was very spacious and we enjoyed hanging out in the backyard/pool. Carla was very responsive, which was appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. 2 minor things that should have been mentioned in the listing; the house does back up to an elementary school. The noise of the kids during recess didn't bother us, but I would imagine that this is something that should be mentioned for those that would like a quieter stay. The second item that should be mentioned, is that if you want access to the community center, you have to ask for the key fob before your stay. Which we weren't aware of. We did communicate this to Carla and she did schedule someone to stop by to drop it off. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, felt like home and would stay here again.

Shrine is a fantastic host. The home is beautiful, better than the photos and so comfy. She is responsive, kind and easy to work with.

I have stayed in Arizona many times but i believe we have found our favorite place! The views from the master balcony is amazing!!! The pool is amazing is heated! The home was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be back

Pou was a great host and was very helpful and accommodating to our large travel group. The countertop snacks were a delight and much appreciated as we had a very long travel day when we got there. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will be available next spring for more baseball.

Beautiful big home worked great for us

This home was like a little piece of paradise. The entire home, inside and out, is beautifully updated, the amenities are superb, and Amanda has thought of everything. Truly an exceptional place… we were sad to say goodbye to this house.

Jared's home is decorated in a hacienda style which we love. It is within a very easy walk to the lake, and by car you can quickly access grocery store, restaurants, starbucks, etc. Ample room for a family to gather in the family room and a great long table for family to enjoy dinner or play board games. We had a couple of our dinners outside on the patio, and enjoyed watching humming birds, doves and quail, do their thing. The general set up of the house, worked perfectly for our needs...
