Vacation rentals with a home theater in Essex

I loved Hanny's home. The aesthetic of the house is amazing and the views from the balcony and rooftop is amazing as well. Hanny is a wonderful and welcoming person. Since it was dark, I couldn't find the entrance and she was very helpful to ensure I found the right place.

One of the best hosts iv come across. Great location if you want tube stations in under 5 mins walking distance and Westfield mall a 10 mins walk. The place was just like home. Comfortable, cozy and most importantly clean. I’d definitely stay here next time I’m in london.

It was lovely little place to stay and. Very close to the seafront and also to the town centre. Had shops close by. It was a lovely stay there and will definitely be booking again.

Jay’s flat was really nice and clean. Jay was very responsive and friendly. The projector was a lovely touch as we felt like we were in a cinema!

Marta and Matthew are great hosts! They are very nice and endearing and it is a pure joy to have lived with them during these 4 months. The house is great and very pleasant to stay in. I highly recommend it!

Trudie was genuinely a lovely lady and nothing was to much trouble, Even invited me to Brunch with her friends in the dining room at her place one day. Very tasty and I would happily stay here again in the future. Thank you for making me feel so at home Trudie.

Tomas was a lovely host, kind, a joy to chat with, and responsive to any issues that arose e.g. the hot tub had a slight issue with the jets that was discovered just before we arrived, so he offered us a partial refund and went the extra mile to make our use of the facilities extra fun. He was extremely personable and we’d highly recommend staying here to anyone

Difficult to find as Levan hadn't put the name of the house on any instructions or the booking & there are no pictures of the house from the front outside so we couldn't tell which house it was! But we rang Levan & he came straight out to find us. He was very friendly & helpful. The house had everything we needed & the hot tub & bbq were set up for us. Bathrooms were lovely & clean. The house was quite tatty in places but comfortable & well equipped. Nature watching in the garden is great- birds, bats, dragonflies, butterflies But if you are noise sensitive there are loud trains running throughout the night & a claxon that goes throughout the day announcing the trains we assumed. We would stay again as it's a lovely spacious property. Would just benefit with a bit of love 😊

Absolutely loved staying at Sarah's place in Mistley! Location was central and it was super easy to walk into Mistley or Manningtree. My dog had the best time running around in the fenced garden, the space was cosy and warm and I loved working on my laptop in the sun room looking out at the backyard. Sharon was an excellent host, she came to say hello briefly and have me lots of helpful local recommendations. Can't wait to come back!

We absolutely loved it! It only takes about 30 minutes to get to central London and you can feel the love that was put into this flat. Unbeatable for its price!

I'd happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the Excel - its super convenient. The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the photos and has everything you need to make yourself feel at home. Norman was also a fantastic host and a pleasure to deal with. He was very responsive when contacted and very friendly when checking in.

A smart little flat. Only gripes was the usual - lighting: bar one dimmer over the dining table it's just on or off switches. Needs more control. There is one other issue - no extractor fan of any kind for use when cooking. The whole flat then gets the aroma of what you are cooking - good or bad; with the hob where it is on the island an overhead is not a great idea, but new hobs now available with worktop located extractors, I personally would ditch the old one and put one of those in. But over all a good flat - just a shame it's in Ipswich.

Had a great stay at Agi's place! The apartment is located right on the water with a bunch of shops and restaurants right at hand. Agi was also very responsive and welcoming, offering a book of suggestions on local attractions and willingness to communicate any time.

The host is very good , fast response and sooo helpful. Good place to stay and affordable price . Good facilities and worth it !
