very quick to respond. They remembered a promised DVD player was not there, offered to bring one the next day, but ordered one and had it delivered by 0800. Very welcoming home for a winter getaway of 4 friends. seating area nice for movie and Lions game watching. Plenty of VERY HOT water, for 4 showers! Bedrooms all upstairs as is the main bath. canal out the backside. ONLY NEGATIVE is the parking across the road. (the road is JUST beyond the front door) unloading and loading a little challenge, but doable. Definitely a comfortable home and great stay for a friend getaway.

Sonia & Paul have a beautiful, clean and spacious home with all the amenities. Perfect home near Sprucewood Winery, which was one block away from my daughter’s wedding. Upon our arrival, the code did not work, but that was because I added an extra day to arrive one day earlier. Paul immediately responded when I called and provided the correct code. The instruction Manuel in the kitchen was very helpful. We enjoyed sitting in the back yard and enjoying the wonderful sunset scenery. Thank you again Sonia and Paul.

This home was perfect for our girls getaway. There was so much room to accommodate all of us. The house was well equipped with everything wee needed. The hosts were great. Our visit was the weekend after Labor day. Many of the local establishments have limited hours after the holiday. Plan accordingly. This did not have an affect on our stay, but did change our daily plans a little.

Our 2nd stay at Troy’s!!! More trips coming also this summer! As I stated before, super lake front home- just perfect! Safe, restaurant within walking distance! Plenty of room for truck and boat! Close to numerous boat launches! The home is just perfect decor and waking up with the sun/lake in your face makes this home a huge bargain! My fiancé and I stayed here for a long weekend. Erin left fresh raspberries and strawberries, loved how peaceful the location was and the private beach was a gem! Cute municipalities near by you can visit and explore. The weather was cloudy and rainy our whole weekend but there was plenty to do indoors and outdoors. The place was exceptionally clean and I was greatful for the washer and dryer. Erin does a great job of appealing to all interests by providing many activities including board games, kayaks, paddle boards, outdoor chairs, bath salts, etc. We had the place to ourselves the first night but the second night a very large group rented the second unit and arrived late at night. They were quite loud at late hours but after bringing this up to Erin she was able to communicate with the guests in the other unit reminding them of the noise policy. Otherwise, our stay was seriously perfect and we would stay again!!
