In the footsteps of the first, the second Suite de LA NUIT D'AMÉLIE was born... a totally private Home Suite of 120 square meters with: Living area: composed of a complete open-plan kitchen with a 65-inch LED TV living room, bioethanol fireplace, air conditioning, and a bathroom. Sleeping area: double bed, 90" TV, air conditioning, master bathroom with open shower, and balcony. Wellness area with Finnish sauna, Jacuzzi and a breathtaking view of the Pontine plain.

Flos: design e giardino

FLOS is located on the ground floor and consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open space with an island kitchen and a living area. The interior space extends outwards thanks to a garden, equipped with a living room and a uniquely designed fountain. The white Mutina Mater ceramic floors emphasize the natural light in the living area with material elegance. The living area is completed by a white leather sofa by Poltrona Frau and "The Frame", a TV that transforms into a work of art.

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

My grandparents' old farmhouse, recently renovated in keeping with tradition, but with all modern comforts. Immersed in the countryside, suitable for a period of relaxation away from the chaos, with an excellent location to easily reach the sea, mountains, lakes, thermal pools, rafting on the river, excursions and much more. In the evening, you can enjoy the cuisine in the various restaurants that distinguish our region. I also perform Reiki treatments and meditation not on-site.
