We had to book this accommodation super spontaneously for 3 days because the area of our original accommodation was too unsafe. So safety was our most important criterion and Alessia's apartment is in a safe neighborhood. We particularly liked the fact that the AirBnB is spacious. The terrace is very pleasant and feels private, even with the view of the other balconies of the surrounding residential buildings. The two bathrooms are very helpful. One even has a bathtub, which was really worth its weight in gold with a baby after the beach to shower. The beach is about 5 to 10 minutes away on foot. There is air conditioning for those who use it. We prefer to sleep with open windows and earplugs (the distant street is a bit noisy). Always happy to come back :)

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The Airbnb is not only beautifully located, but also offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. It was spotlessly clean and superbly equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. A special highlight was the barbecue area with pizza oven – a real paradise for cooking fans and a great experience that we very much enjoyed. The proximity to the sea was another plus; it is only minutes to the magnificent cliffs and refreshing water. Andrea was a great host, and we can't wait to come back. Thank you so much for the wonderful time!

Annalisa was a fantastic and kind host. Pre trip because I had to work some days whilst staying at the apartment Annalisa helped confirm WIFI speeds. The WIFI was actually faster than expected on arrival and I had no problem working for many hours remotely. Upon arrival I was greeted by her and was allowed to check in a little earlier. The apartment is exactly as shown, is easy to reach with ample parking. The apartment is fresh, clean ideal to use as a base to experience Scauri, Minturno and the surrounding areas. There is plenty of options for food and many shops near by for groceries and a pharmacy. If I had any questions Annalisa was immediately available on chat to answer. The host lives above the apartment and also lists a slightly larger apartment on the floor next to this one. This is an excellent spot for the center of town with a great Lido five minutes walk from the apartment. I would not hesitate to stay here again if i visit the town. Thank you for hosting so well

We had a wonderful midweek in this beautiful holiday home in Formia. The house is beautiful and is located in a beautiful garden full of olive and citrus trees, where materials such as rocks have been used in a natural way – really an atmospheric place to stay. Contact with the host Diego was very smooth; he always responded quickly to our questions. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by his parents, which immediately made us feel welcome. Although the pool was not yet filled (as indicated in advance), it was a pity with the beautiful weather that we could not use it – that had made the stay completely perfect. The surrounding area offers many possibilities for excursions and activities. In short: a wonderful place for those who love nature, peace and Italian charm!

Everything was perfect. We booked the accommodation on the day of arrival without any problems. The hostess was very communicative and wrote back immediately. The accommodation was clean, large and in a beautiful location. Definitely worth a visit and it won't be our last time here!

A peaceful and beautiful setting where you can immediately feel good. Every moment here reminded me of the sweet memories of my childhood with my grandparents. Everything was perfect, from the indoor comfort to the magical atmosphere that prevails here. If you're looking for a place to relax and recharge, don't hesitate for a second! I stayed here in May and the weather was ideal. A true haven of peace where you want to come back over and over again. If you love nature and simplicity, this is the best place to experience them fully. Mrs. Amalia sent me the exact location, explaining that the road system of the town had changed. When we arrived, the lady and her husband provided us with detailed directions on where to buy fish, groceries, what to visit in the area, which beaches to visit. They made sure we were comfortable, allowing us to use a covered parking space and leaving their car uncovered. Even the various differentiated waste, they offered to deposit it themselves on the collection days. Given their availability and courtesy, I personally took care of two small faults that occurred without asking for anything, but they wanted to compensate us with local products purchased specifically. We were very impressed by the hospitality, the cool location despite the heat, the details of the apartment that, if possible next year, we will try to return.

It was a great pleasure to meet the host, Marianna, a kind person who puts so much love and passion into this little house in the alleys of Gaeta. Clean and cozy house Marianna always present and available for any need. We stayed with a 10-month-old baby and she was so kind as to provide us with a cot and high chair. The parking pass is very useful. We will soon return to visit Marianna and her beautiful cottage.
