Villa vacation rentals in Esperanza

The place was enormous, breezy, beautiful, and the views were phenomenal! We particularly enjoyed sitting on the deck to view a rainbow or watch the sunrise. We second the description’s recommendation of a four wheel drive vehicle to get up the hill (and we were glad we had one for our travels throughout Vieques). We would absolutely stay there again!

Amazing oceanfront location. The beach was great for walking and sea shelling but was a bit rough for us to swim. There were lots of surfers right out front. The horse stable for going beach riding is .5km away. The property is gorgeous, we used the pool and bbq space a lot. The apartment is clean, cool and quiet. The kitchen was a bit sparse and we ran short on dishes and utensils. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an outstanding stay at Casa Oreanda! It was exactly as pictured and we loved everything about it - the gorgeous pool, proximity to Esperanza, easy communication with both Stephanie and property manager Joey, and the coziness of Casita Azul. Already dreaming of our next stay and will try to convince friends to come so we can rent the other casitas on the property as well! Would make a perfect location for a family/friends group trip. Do yourself a favor and just book this place. What a gem. It’s cozy, has comfortable beds, warm showers, cold AC and many amenities, plus beach gear. The views were amazing, perfect to begin and end each day enjoying them from the patio. The pool was delightful and hearing the coquis at night was relaxing. The location was perfect, close to town but felt secluded. Linda the cat was a daily visitor and super sweet. Look for iguanas in the trees and coquis in the patio snake plants! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if/when we return to Vieques we will be staying here again.

Jerome was an excellent host and the property was just as beautiful and wonderful as the pictures. We needed to add the upstairs suite (separate listing) last-minute due to some extra guests that joined our trip and Jerome was incredible easy to work with and prompt in getting us what we needed. Highly recommend, an absolutely stunning house and experience!

We loved Helen’s place and would love to stay here again when we visit Vieques! Beautiful views from the balcony. Great walkable location.

Wonderful spot for Vieques. Equidistant from both sides of the island. Truly incredible views. The house also has plenty of space and plenty of towels for both beach and home use. The pool is great. Two small downsides are that the kitchen is pretty basic and the hot water heater can’t keep up with everyone showering at once.

This place is perfect for a small group! The rooms are big and the beds are the most comfortable ones ever! The place was a bit hard to find based on the AirBnB instructions, but Ed was very responsive and redirected us. The place is really close to downtown, and it’s quiet with beautiful views of the beach. Stay here if you are visiting Vieques!

The pictures can't do justice to what the actual view is from the living room. Spectacular! Loved waking up every day to see the ocean. Maybe not the rooster so much(LOL), but with that view it didn’t matter. Also loved the visiting horses. The place was very accommodating and comfortable. Hanna, the property manager, was very helpful. Would highly recommend this place to another guest.

Our family enjoyed Ken and Emily’s place. The perfect vacation spot for us. Spacious and clean with all the amenities to make us feel right at home. The pool, washer/dryer and dogs were a plus. We will stay again if we return to Ceiba. Thank you for hosting us.

What a fantastic place. We miss it already. The beach is long, walkable, and may as well be private. Liz & Bill are incredibly friendly and helpful hosts, but not to the point of being annoyingly talkative. The place feels super cozy and private, and though we crossed paths with other guests on the property the atmosphere was always friendly and respectful. The beach isn't a perfect swimming beach, but we did enjoy getting in the water just down the shore a bit. Overall, the vibe of the property and the unit is amazing and that's what made it so special. Definitely would (and hope to) stay there again.

Our family of four (two adults; a teenage boy and a teenage girl) had the best time here. Everyone had plenty of space to themselves, as well as great common areas to enjoy together. The house was sparkling clean and well-stocked with everything we needed and more! The location is great, too. We loved walking the beach right out front to find sea glass and watch sunsets. Just a few minutes drive to plenty of restaurants and stores. We’d definitely come back!

Absolutely stunning. The view was amazing. I wish I could have stayed there forever. The convenience of having each casita on one property was perfect for our family. Space to get together and spend time apart. I would 1000% recommend this property to anyone and am already looking to book again this year.

Our stay at Christopher's place, was exactly what we needed to recharge. Although we didn't see any horses using the lagoon it was nonetheless a very private and peaceful location. The water was a bit rough the days we stayed and that made us even more grateful to have chosen a home with a pool (we traveled with our 2 teens). Christopher went above and beyond, helping out with ferry tickets when we hit a snag and then meeting us at the location to walk us through the home. He also recommended a terrific beach horseback ride and a biobay tour operator. The AC in the bedrooms was fantastic, basic amenities were provided, and we had immediate responses when we had questions about WiFi (just needed to reset the router) and the laundry facilities. We didn't find the condition of anything in the home to detract from our stay; saltwater and wind can be challenging. If Christopher constantly replaced worn items, the house would cost twice as much. Highly recommend.

Such a fantastic stay. There were items we could use like towels and a cooler that helped! We needed to rent a car since it’s not as walkable as we thought, but I loved that it had privacy. The pool and house is very private! The house has plenty of fans and AC to keep cool. Instructions were simple and it was the perfect place to cook, swim, and eat dinner outside.
