Vacation rentals with a pool in Esperanza

Adrienn’s house was even better in person. It was just what we needed. Quiet, views were amazing, private but close to everything (if you have a car would be best) and the space was great for our family of 4. Adrienn was extremely helpful with directions and recommendations!

Everything was excellent.

The house is small but cozy and modern. Has all the details to be comfortable. Great play room, has all kind of games. Also, having panel solar was a plus since the electricity went off a couple times. Good location. For us was above 5 stars compared to others houses we visit. I recommended.

One of the best Air BnB stays we’ve ever had! The pictures did not do this place justice - it was absolutely breathtaking. From the beginning the hosts and Barbara, the caretaker, were excellent communicators and very responsive. Our family had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this place for others to stay at.

This place was so relaxing. The area was off the beaten path and so very quiet. The home was clean and had more than plenty of supplies. The pool was clean and inviting. Honestly, it was such a relaxing stay. Michele was awesome and we enjoyed getting to visit with her. She gave us some great recommendations for breakfast and dining. Although a quiet area it was really easy to get to Espernza or Isabell. Truly recommend Surf Side!

Jose was an amazing host! Very responsive and flexible with our needs. He helped provide numbers of Taxi services for transportation and made sure we had support throughout the check in check out process. Had an amazing time at the house and in Vieques!

Zullymar is one of the most helpful hosts I had. She was always there, for any question or advice, with recommendations and very clear instructions for everything. The house is super clean, very new. Soft sheet and great beds. Lots of beach supplies, which are very handy on this island. Decorated nicely, super modern. Looks like there is some work done in the yard for a future pool, and there is a bbq area with a roof area - we did use the bbq once. The kitchen is small, you can't cook much there. The house is located less than 1 mile from a very big supermarket that has everything. You do need to drive for everything, but the drives are short - about 10-15 mins to everywhere. You do want to have a car. Wifi worked well. There are screens on the doors - super important. The living room/kitchen is a bit dark, as there is lack of natural light. The rooms have lots of light and storage space. I do recommend this place, it's nice and quiet and the host is amazing.

Vieques has been my go-to destination for over two and a half decades, and this place truly stands out as the best I’ve ever experienced. It’s a breathtaking, serene, and cozy home that’s conveniently situated near all the essentials. The owners have meticulously thought of every detail, ensuring a memorable stay. And the cherry on top? It comes with a Bronco, which is an absolute delight for exploring the most secluded and picturesque beaches on the island. I wish I could have stayed longer, but I’ll definitely be returning to this gem.

Jenny’s place was absolutely beautiful. The terrace was a great place to sit and enjoy the view. We had everything we needed and more. The host was very responsive of our needs and the location was perfect for our adventures. We will definitely recommend their place.

This 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment with rooftop terrace with ocean views was the perfect fit for our family vacation. It is just a few minute drive to the ferry terminal making a day outing to Culebra Island possible. A day trip to San Juan is also easily done. The apartment is modern, well appointed, and fully air conditioned. Communication with Yanira was excellent! Fully recommended!

The property was amazing and the hosts were very responsive. We stayed at the property for three months. The condo is well furnished, but we had to purchase additional kitchen items since we cooked at the property for our meals. We had some initial issues with the wifi not reaching all rooms in the property, but once we moved the wireless router, we were able to set up two work stations at the property to handle our telecommuting. The closest beach (Los Machos) is a 25 minute walk from the property. We wish that there were grocery stores located close by, but we used the Avis rental (20 minute walk) if we needed a car for grocery shopping or exploring Puerto Rico. We loved the fact that the ferry to Culebra and Vieques is only a few miles away. The rooftop area gives you an amazing view of the surrounding area and the ocean in the distance. With the frequent breezes, it is very pleasant sitting on the roof and enjoying the views.

Beautiful place with an amazing view. We really enjoyed our short stay here. Definitely would recommend especially if needing to be close to the ferry!

Amy was very responsive, respectful and accommodating. The place is very quiet, cozy, perfect for a retreat away from everything and recharge energies. The location is great, closed to everything we wanted to see and do. The visit was perfect. We will reserve it again in the future!

My stay was absolutely incredible! The home exceeded all expectations — it was even better than described. It truly felt like a home away from home: clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The hosts went above and beyond with their hospitality and made the entire experience seamless and welcoming. They truly deserve recognition for their exceptional care and attention to detail. The unit was clean and comfortable for our party of six. There are three flights to climb to get to unit. Good exercise but could be challenging for someone with mobility problems. Felt very safe. Very close to ferry and a short drive to groceries and food. I recommend picking up groceries on the way there. We enjoyed our stay. AC worked great. There were beach towels, chairs and umbrella. And a couple of water toys. The coffee maker is an expresso machine. No filters need. There was coffee and sugar. Overall we had a great time and felt comfortable and safe. The host responded quickly and efficiently to our questions and requests. Thank you would definitely consider staying here again.

This was our first time staying in Ceiba and this place didn't disappoint. It was clean with beautiful ocean view and to appreciate beautiful sunrises. Super close to ferry and great restaurants. Highly recommend and would stay again!
