Vacation rentals with beach access in Esperanza

The apartment was perfect for 2 people. Although we decided not to cook on this vacation, we found the kitchen was very well supplied. The view was beautiful from the deck as well as the rooftop and the location is a 5 minute drive to Isabel. Recommend this to be a contender while searching for places to stay.

If you need a place that is close to the ferry terminal - this is the place. It was very convenient getting to the ferry! Lazaro was great at communicating throughout the entire process. We appreciate the snacks and fresh mangos that were left for us! Thank you!

Very good place to stay at Vieques. The host is very welcoming and helpful, and respond the messages quickly and provide us many useful local info. The location is peaceful and close to the ferry terminal with a great view from the rooftop. Just remember to bring some mosquito repellent for the mosquitoes at Vieques.

We loved this space! Janos was super welcoming and very accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and more. The beach in the backyard was very private (saw one other family just once- and that’s it) and had some really cool shells. Very close to town with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Within a short drive to everywhere on the island. We will return again. Thank you for hosting us!

We had a wonderful stay at Paula’s place in Vieques! The patio felt like a private oasis, overlooking lush tropical vegetation with iguanas lounging in the trees and the soothing sound of running water in the background—like living in Jurassic Park, minus the dinosaurs! The location was super convenient, with restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The apartment itself was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was a good size for cooking meals, and we appreciated the dining table for enjoying them together. There were only two minor issues: the apartment is near a bridge that's currently undergoing road construction, which starts early in the morning and wraps up by noon. It wasn't too disruptive, but light sleepers might notice the early noise. The second was a stuck lock box when we arrived. Thankfully, Paula quickly responded and sent her housekeeper to open it. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily return.

We had a great time at Casa Marin as a family. Easy check in, comfortable and reasonably priced. Backyard is massive with a peaceful patio area. Location is excellent for Esperanza and a good jumping off point for the small island of Vieques. Roosters are no joke on this island, so be aware if you’re a light sleeper. Not an issue for us, but I definitely was an early riser on this trip. Thanks for the memories and gorgeous beaches. We really enjoyed the beaches Navio and Cerro Playuela with the latter requiring a fun hike to get to it and both requiring 4WD with some decent car clearance. This made the beaches even more private and beautiful.

I recently stayed at Jeishly’s wonderful Airbnb in Vieques, Puerto Rico, and had an amazing experience. The property was cozy, clean, and well-located near beautiful beaches and local attractions. The host was incredibly welcoming! The house had everything we needed, including a lovely outdoor space to relax in. Loved the Hammock! Each room had its own tv so each kid could unwind from the busy days. The host has thought of everything. Vieques itself is a peaceful, picturesque island, and this Airbnb was the perfect base for exploring. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting the island!

Great residence, lovely area, bedrooms, A/C was perfect when we needed it. Awesome backyard, patio (we grilled every night), cool outdoor shower, just a very cozy beach home. John and Karen sent us a heads up about renting a car and so glad we did--strong recommend on that. It was helpful to have a car in order to visit several different beach areas. And if we wanted, we could walk down to several nearby restaurants and bars. Perfect location.

Spent three great nights at Paradise Cove/David's place. The property manager, Justin, was very responsive during our stay and helped arrange checkin. The place is lovely. The balcony has a view over the pavilion area in back as well as the ocean just a few steps beyond. The bed was comfy, the shower was great, and the living area has some nice seating. There's a handy laundry area that we made use of (no additional fee), and the pavilion was an amazing spot to lounge about. Parking area worked great for our rental, and we had no problems finding the property. The beach is so nice, and we just hung out there one day and didn't leave. It would be good if they get the grill replaced, as we found it too rusty to be used, but otherwise the kitchen had everything we needed to put together some meals. We made use of the cooler, beach chairs and umbrella that are provides. We will definitely be looking to stay here again if we find ourselves back on Vieques!

We loved our stay at the Sand beachfront. We can’t wait to come back and we’re already talking about our next trip. The views are breathtaking and unbeatable. The private pool is a wonderful luxury and we felt right at home. We had one very small hiccup of not having any trash bags and they quickly rectified the issue with clear and easy communication. We would recommend this to anyone.

Vieques is a very special place and this rental encompasses the spirit of the island. The house has beautiful views of the ocean and is a short walk down the hill to beach access. It is spacious for large groups to spread out and has all the necessities in the kitchen. We especially enjoyed the porch and pool/lounge area. We made good use of the beach chairs and towels while exploring the island. The house is located closer to Isabel Segunda so a very short distance to the ferry and other businesses. We really enjoyed our stay at this rental!

Great place has what you need. About 20 minutes from playa del el cayo which was beautiful and quiet to spend the day.

It was a beach rental in a small community. Not fancy but a clean place to stay with the family and kids. They were short on cooking pans, but host said they bought a few frying pans for the next guest stay. Nice items for the beach including chairs and coolers we could use. 5 minute walk to beach.

The place is exactly as described. Clean and spacious living space plus the balcony is helpful to hang wet clothes/towels and has a nice silhouette view of the sunrise and water. The parking spot is helpful and location’s proximity to activities in Fajardo is great. There are many beaches nearby if you don’t want to be in the one right next to this apartment which is a block away. But, we did go there when we were in between activities and only wanted to go for an hour or two. I know some reviews talk about no AC in the living room and yes, that’s true - but you can compensate by opening the bedroom doors as those units are strong plus the fans in the living space. Coming from someone who needs AC at all times while indoor, this worked out just fine. Lastly, leaving snacks and drinks is a nice touch and there is leftover suntan lotion and aloe vera - which we ended up needing and using the latter!

Tuve una excelente experiencia durante mi estadía. El lugar superó mis expectativas en todos los sentidos: el espacio era cómodo, bien decorado y muy funcional. Buena limpieza , algo que valoro muchísimo. La ubicación también fue perfecta, con todo lo necesario cerca y en una zona tranquila. Además, el trato fue muy amable y siempre estuvieron disponibles para cualquier consulta. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente.

We had a wonderful family getaway in Luquillo. We loved the privacy and large uninhabited reserve adjacent to the property. Frank had great recommendations and was very communicative. The patio could use some updating but you couldn’t beat the size and view. The beds were very comfortable and the AC in rooms made sleeping perfect. We loved being able to open up the large doors in the main area to enjoy the ocean sounds and breeze! We hope to return someday in the future.

We had an amazing time at Liz’s place. The view from the balcony was incredible and she provided a number of amenities, including beach towels, floats, and snorkeling fins. She was responsive and also provided recommendations for local areas and events that were happening during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Brad & Juanita condo was just right bed was conftoble water pressure was good The location was perfect, with many beaches nearby and We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. , our experience was amazing. We would highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Harry’s condo. Everything was as pictured. The condo was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Harry was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

We were glad to book this place with Fredy and Suany. Got there at 4 pm, the place was ready on time. Very private, clean, spacious place with breathtaking views of mountains and ocean. The lockboxes are mounted on the parking lot concrete blocks!! There are 2 parking spots for this apartment-and they are not close by!! There is a private beach for the complex that is quiet. Please read the beach conditions for Puerto Rico. Stores close by, also large supermarkets in 7 miles. Don’t forget to get a Pizza takeout from D&D pizza nearby-thin crust (fine crust) with Pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeño :). Check out local bakeries (La Familia) for breakfast fun! Close to both San Juan or tropical forest hiking!!

This was our second time staying here and we loved it again! It fits our family of four so nicely. We can easily make meals and hang out on the balcony looking at the beautiful ocean or walk down and be right on the beach in minutes. We even reached out once to Tom noticing something was missing from the kitchen and he went to the store and brought it to us the very next day. Totally not expected and way above and beyond! We hope to come back next year and would definitely stay again if it is available.
