In a quiet wooded area, enjoy an independent studio a 10-minute walk from the Chemin de St Jacques de Compostelle (GR 65), a 20-minute walk from the historic center of Puy en Velay, all amenities nearby. On the ground floor of our house, the refurbished studio is fully equipped: kitchen, bathroom, toilet, 140 bed (new and quality bedding), futon that can be used as a child's bed, dining area in the veranda, barbecue, Wi-Fi. Le moulin de l'Age

Welcome to the Moulin de l 'Age in the small village of Vourzac. We welcome you to a charming, spacious, furnished 80m² apartment, adjoining our property, for 1 to 4 people. In the green surroundings, lulled by the stream, you will enjoy the tranquility and freshness of the place. Pellet stove heating, not included in the rental rate, €6 per bag of pellets. If you want a cleaning fee: €30 Otherwise please leave the furnished room as clean as you found it.

Large covered terrace facing south with Jacuzzi only available from June 15 to September 15.
