This tranquil home is part of a fenced community of five houses , with security, and night guard during national holidays. Events or loud parties are not allowed, and only people listed in the reservation are allowed to sleep at the house. Once the reservation is confirmed, we will ask for photos of picture ID for every one in the reservation, before arrival, through Airbnb messages. This is for security purposes at the main gate😊 (just like a hotel)

I'd go back again. Monica was very communicative and helped us with all the instructions. The place is beautiful, very safe and very close to the beach.

The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the listing pictures. Everything was clean, the instructions provided by the host were very proactive and helpful. The area is very private and secluded so it was around a 20 minute drive to the nearest bigger towns but the roads were in okay condition and the overall safety of the area was pretty good. I would definitely recommend staying here as it is very spacious, has washer, dryer, TV, AC in every room, 2 full bathrooms, very well equipped kitchen, a balcony. We're thankful to the host for the proactiveness, helpfulness and very good communication.

Perfect location, next to the pool and 20 steps aways from the beach. Karina was very helpful and an amazing cook. The apartment was spacious, exactly as described. Communication with Matias was easy and quick. Hope to be back soon.

A very comfortable, spacious apartment for my family of 4. A kitchen with the space and comfort you need. A very spacious and cool balcony. I needed the screen doors so I wouldn't have to use AC, because there was quite a breeze outside. The young woman who cleaned and cooked did a great job, I suggest hiring Karen. She was very responsible and respectful.
