Villa Doris is a magical place to enjoy with the whole family or friends. It has all the amenities and is surrounded by nature. The best thing is that you can see squirrels, birds and even opossums! Lorena, your host, is very sweet and attentive. Everything was perfect!!

An amazing place! Sandra was not at home but her neighbors, Robert and Norma received us well. They even brought us fresh milk!!!!! Just be sure you pack some food with you. Enjoy!

If you are reading this don’t look any further! You found your perfect spot to relax & enjoy nature! Here is why: - The best food in whole Ecuador - I mean it!! (We stayed the whole time in the hotel because Aldo is the best cook!) - they have the cutest cat Steve & loveliest doggo Laika - they are a lovely family owned hotel with a stunning ocean view - Little surf right in front of the house - relaxation pure you will only find sounds of nature (No cars, no loud music, no roosters as in all of Mompiche) - bring your Moskitos repellent since you are in nature ;) - no hot showers and low water pressure but we didn’t mind at all - you can only come to this beautiful spot on low tide which makes it even more special - great communication & flexible check in We can’t thank Aldo & Manya enough for those chilled days!

An amazing stay in the cloud forest surrounded by primary and secondary forests, banana, papaya and other fruit trees, gardens and a nice waterfall nearby. Sandra is a great host with lots of local recommendations. One of her neighbors, Norma, offers fabulous home cooked meals at her home for a modest price. We definitely recommend a stay here! Note that there is about a one-hour walk through scenic forests from the bus stop at Santa Rosa to Sandra's, but you can request a truck to bring you to the small bridge for a fee, where it's only about a 20-minute walk then.

This family is the most beautiful one can imagine! Mrs. Alba is so cozy, so cute, so willing to help with anything. The whole family really made us feel like a part of the family. The estate is super cute, with a view, with animals, with trails and there is a nice waterfall if you dare to take an adventure hike. The food was very good and completely fresh and healthy. Mrs. always asked us that we like it and really the beginning about any matter was very clear and pleasant. This estate allows you to connect with the environment of nature and experience daily life on a farm in the mountains. I highly recommend it!

Very nice place, cozy and ideal for disconnecting from the world and enjoying nature. The house is very well equipped with everything for cooking and grilling! Alejandra was very kind and even helped us change the reservation date. We are very grateful and hope to be back soon

Maria's house is an authentic family home, where you can feel at home. It's a real welcoming space, not an empty, impersonal home. Maria is a very responsive and available host. On site we were greeted by Juan Pablo, who showed us the functioning of the house and guided us for the activities. We had a time with friends and family. We were 10 adults and 4 children, we were all seduced by the location of the house. The view, the natural environment are fantastic. We enjoyed several activities, we took an hour-long hike to the waterfall where we bathed. In the evening we were able to make a bbq and enjoyed the large terrace. The next morning we visited the coffee plantation and the kids were able to milk cows, play ping pong and horse riding; and we fenced off with some culture at the Tulip Museum. We highly recommend this listing and will come back!

Choco 701 is a very comfortable place, with spectacular views and very peaceful. We recommend for a few days disconnected from the city.

Excellent set up and location. Very quiet and peaceful. The surroundings are beautiful. The sound of the river throughout the day makes it super relaxing. The photos are accurate. The room is cozy with big sliding doors, comfy king bed. The outdoor kitchen is stocked with everything we needed, and it was really nice to cook and eat outside and use the firepit in the evening. David was very friendly and helpful. To fully enjoy the place, one needs at least a couple of nights.
