Nice and modern apartment on a quiet street in the center of Hbg. Easy to get here by train and car. Three bedrooms with comfortable beds facing an oasis of a garden, living room/kitchen in open plan facing the street. Coop/bakery around the corner, 50 meters to the park (Kärnan), 450 meters to the pedestrian street, 500 meters to Olympia, 1000 meters to Helsingborgs C (boat, train, bus), 950 meters to the beach/swimming. Parking is available around and garage space right next door to rent. A perfect vacation apartment in a lovely city with a wide range of restaurants, swimming and nature.

The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. The farmhouse is located at the back of our dwelling house. Quiet residential neighborhood with creek running through the grounds. Many old nice houses in the area with a lot of history, the house is located just outside Ramlösa brunspark. Opportunities to relax and exercise with exercise tracks and outdoor gym. While the bus and train station are very close to being able to explore. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented. Toilet paper, hand soap is included.
