Really happy to stay at Faruk’s apartment and looking forward to staying again. Quite close to a tram station which made the moving around and going to places quite easy. His assistant at the property is very helpful and friendly. Even though I didn’t meet Faruk face to face, he was always attending any message sent by me.

yusuf est très sympa et réactif. l'appartement est fonctionnel, la literie est confortable , il y a tout ce qu'il faut sur place ( machine à laver , vaisselles , ustensiles et accessoires de cuisine, linge de lit , serviettes ...). gros + pour les piscines intérieures et extérieures c'était vraiment chouette, sans parler des aires de jeux pour les enfants, salle de sport, terrain de foot et basket, ça c'est génial quand on est en famille. le métro est à 5min à pieds mais un peu long pour rejoindre le centre historique d'Istanbul ( 30/40min) il nous a fallu 24h pour bien comprendre le mode de fonctionnement de l'appartement et de la résidence mais une fois que c'était bon tout était parfait. résidence sécurisée. on a passé un très bon. séjour. le petit point négatif c'est le ménage... vous pouvez largement vous améliorez la dessus mais je suis exigeante là dessus donc globalement je dirais que c'était très bien.

We are satisfied with our stay! Seval sent us all the instructions how to get to the apartment and about our stay. The apartment was clean, prepared with all necessary things to make us feel like at home. The apartment is located in quiet neighbourhood and there's a public transport 5 minutes walking from the place. It takes around 10-15 minutes to get to the city center by bus or tram. Also, you can find many shops, grocery stores and cafes around.

Harika bir ev .Harika ve her şeye yakın konum.İyi internet hızı. Temiz ve düzenli iç dekorasyon ve yataklar. çok ama çok memnun kaldım. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.Tekrar geleceğim.

المنزل كان بالفعل جميل جدا و من اجمل المنازل، كانت اول مرة النا بالمنزل و اكيد رح نجي المرة القادمة، المنزل نظيف كتير و الاثاث نظيف و الاغطية نظيفة و مرتبة ، المطبخ نظيف و جديد و يحتوي على كل شيء ممكن تحتاجه ، نحنا كنا عائلة و بصراحة كان المنزل كثير مريح و كل شي نحتاجه متوفر فيه و حسينا كأنه بيتنا و موقعه جدا جيد و جميل و قريب للاماكن الجميلة و محطات المترو و كل ماركتات قريبة منه و المكان هادئ جدا ، انصحه به بشدة، و كمان محمد كانت استجابته سريعة و كان الدخول للمنزل سهل كثير يعطيك العافية و بتستحق تقييم عالي جدا و المرة القادمة جايين لعندك مرة ثاني و كل مرة نجي اسطنبول رح نكون عندك

Akin is an amazing person. We landed at 4am in Istanbul and the apartment was being renovated the evening before we arrived and despite check-in being at 4pm Akin did everything to finish, clean the apartment and let us check-in at 6am!! Always answer any query quickly. Recommend us local places to try. The apartment is on a flat area of istanbul there is a lot of shops and restaurants everywhere with every transport at walking distance. The tram is just seconds away way from the building which takes you to the grand bazaar in 5mns and to the blue mosque in 8mns and the underground is 5mns walk away. You can’t go wrong with Akin’s place. I will definitely book Akin’s place next time I come to Istanbul.

Bulması kolay oldu. Saolsun direk konum da iletildi. Genel olarak iyi bir deneyim oldu. Semt içinde iyi bi yerde. Zemin katta fakat kliması iyi, banyosu sade ve temizdi, buz dolabı da çok iyi soğutuyordu. Koltukları rahattı. Mahremiyetten yana sıkıntım olmadı ki benim için önemli olan noktalardan biri buydu. Memnun kaldım. Tekrar teşekkürler.

İstanbul'a gelirseniz kesinlikle uğramanız gereken bir airbnb evi. Samimi anlayışlı ve çözüm odaklı bir insan Mehmet bey. Kendisine bize gösterdiği güler yüz için çok teşekkür ederim.

Ev sahibi hem telefon hem yüz yüze görüşmede çok samimi ve kibardı çok memnun kaldım tekrardan gelmeyi ve çevreme tavsiye etmeyi düşünüyorum

I had a really great stay. The place and hospitality were both excellent. We had a pleasant stay.

I do love that place. I found everything according to the pictures and I had everything I needed in my room and the kitchen for the two and a half months I was there. It has a great location, close to the mall, public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets. I'm definitely coming back to Yusuf's place some time next year. The city is awesome, and the people are great! Thanks so much, Yusuf! Thanks again! Ciao!

Замечательная квартира, а ещё лучше хозяин квартиры. Постоянно был на связи. Квартира очень большая, уютная и самое главное, чистая. На кухне есть все принадлежности для приготовления еды. До центра 50 минут на общественном транспорте. Рядом много магазинов, в 10 минут ходьбы станция метро. У нас были проблемы с вылетом, хозяин пошёл нам на встречу. Очень благодарны ему за это! Всем рекомендуем.

В этом доме останавливалась примерно 10 раз! Очень безопасно самое главное! Хозяин всегда на связи! Расположение просто отличное!

during checkin..its seem like dull neighbourhood..but day after tours around istanbul. now i realised this apartment is actually peaceful neighbourhood and really great place to stay after tired. Btw, the highlight of this apartment is: -2min walk to tram yusufpasa -1min walk to bustop -1min walk to various atm -some restaurants downstairs -5min walk to convenience store the house itself - spacious - bright vibe - tiptop clean - well maintained - enough silverware to cook yourself - feel like own home the host - super responsive - no problem with english - warm welcoming by his father even though not really into english speaking but we got his point. if i need to describe in 2 words about this apartment is " convenience location"

This was a very good trip Much better than my last trip to turkey thanks to the house, the house was very clean and exactly like the pictures, everything was as described and the owner was very good at communicating with me and checking up on things.

By far the best host I've had on Airbnb! Super attentive, always available, and incredibly quick to respond. The flat is fantastic—very comfortable, with everything we needed for a great stay. One small suggestion: it would be helpful to provide essentials like oil, salt, toilet paper, and sugar—basic items most guests typically need. We had to purchase these on the first day, but it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t affect our overall experience. The neighborhood is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, gyms, and more to explore. If you choose this flat, you won’t regret it! I’d absolutely stay here again.
