Wonderful & Cosy Vacation Home

Spend your vacation in Sønderho - Denmark's Most Beautiful Village in 2011. Beautiful and charming fanøhaus, carefully restored in 2011, with emphasis given to the conservation of the old fanø style with small windows with its distinctive color. The house is bright and beautiful with accommodation for 6 people. The interior is a tasteful mix of old and new. Situated on 2500 m2 of heather-clad area, about 1 km. from Sønderho city center The house has 6 beds, beautiful new kitchen with dishwasher, a large oven and induction. You will find a comfortable spacious terrace, with good shelter from the east and west winds. The property stands in the wild and there is by nature plenty of heather and pine trees. The house is 110 m2, is thatched roofed and is painted in the old style over the small windows in black, white and green - symbolizing sadness, joy and hope. Over the entrance door there's a hatch, a "arkengaf", which was once the entrance to the attic where they kept hay, heather, and others like that stored. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, a spacious living room with large corner couch, and a dining area with an old long table with a stroke bench and 4 beautiful decorated chairs. Kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a fridge with small freezer compartment. Bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and a rear entrance with washer and dryer. On the first floor are two bedrooms. One with double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a small toilet. The living room has flat screen TV. The house is equipped with a power-saving and energy efficient heat pump / air conditioner, to heat up the house, it has a fireplace (stove) and electric radiators as well. The heat pump is environmentally friendly and very energy efficient. This means that the house energy cost is very low in cold periods, and makes an ideal holiday home in the winter. The heat pump can be used as air conditioning in the summer time. Large wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.

Pearl by the water

Great quality house, 140 meters to Ringkøbing Fjord, lots of nature, hiking and biking routes, surfing, paddle boarding, etc., possible right outside the door. Lots of outdoor hooks so you can always find shelter. There is 1 room with a single bed, a room with a double bed and a room with 2 single beds, in addition to a loft where it can easily sleep a minimum of 2 people. Pets not allowed. There are 2 subboards and inflatable canoe for free use. There is a gas grill and the one that empties the bottle takes up again: -). 2 bikes.

A welcoming entrance features double wooden doors flanked by wall-mounted lights. A few steps lead up to the doorway. To the side, outdoor seating is arranged with a small table and chairs. Potted plants with colorful flowers add charm to the gravel pathway.

Located on the west side of Fanoe, with nearby grocery shopping. 250 m via a path through dunes to the best beach on the island, where the north sea meets Fanoe. Her you can collect amber as well as other beach effects. The house is located on the Lee side of the dunes, where you will find a lot of wild fauna, from deer, ducks rabbits and pheasants just outside the window, don’t be surprised if the look at you through the glass. Relax and unwind in our family friendly country house. Spacious modern country house on large private property surrounded by amazing nature. Lots of toys and outdoor activities for kids; trampoline, basketball court, table tennis, sand pit, swings and lots more. A great little oasis close to the City of Vejle (5km) and LEGOLAND, Lalandia and Billund Airport (20 min. from house). Shopping 2 min away up the street. Please note: Two cats live in the house, they are very friendly and social.

A wooden deck extends from the house, providing a view of the natural landscape. Tall grasses sway gently in the breeze, and rolling dunes are visible in the distance under a clear blue sky.
