Ana and Alexandre were very receptive. The house is impeccable, clean and very comfortable, as shown in the photos. The pool is clean and very large. The house has all the appliances we need. We loved the stay and want to come back more often. 🙏🏼

great house to rest the place is very quiet with a lot of space, very good location in the center of piçarras, beach on foot, border with the pen. Full house, great kitchen utensils. Beds and air conditioning very good. The very attentive host, gave great tips and also made the check in 3 checkout relaxed. Thank you very much for the stadia.

We chose Marli's house so we could rest and enjoy the tranquility of the place, the house is very nice, smells good and we noticed Marli's care in relation to the space. I recommend it with confidence.

We spent the weekend in 10 adults, 1 baby and 2 dogs, all in the family. Even though he did not make mto sol, there was no lack of activity. The house is huge and has something to do. We had too much fun with the games available and the barbecue sand was well taken advantage of. All mto comfortable and at ease. We love!

We were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Nelly, a kind, friendly, attentive person, the house is as shown in the photos, everything is very clean from the entrance to the interior of the house, new and well-kept furniture, well-equipped kitchen, nothing is missing, the internet in the house is great, comfortable living room, barbecue space, everything is perfect with a beautiful view of the sea, clean rooms with working air conditioning, clean bathroom, showers with hot water, everything was perfect, I recommend it and I will certainly come back more times😍

Super clean and organized house, everything as advertised. Quiet neighborhood, with a bakery very close to the house and a good distance from the beaches (600m from Prainha and 400m from Enseada). Luana, very friendly, promptly responded to everything we requested. The beds are comfortable, clean linens, and the outdoor shower is great for getting the sand off your body. The barbecue with grill, and kitchen with basic utensils, served us well. It was great days, I recommend the accommodation!

We were warmly welcomed, the person who received us showed us the house, great check-in and check-out, we negotiated the entrance and exit, we managed to enjoy it well, we only missed utensils such as pots and the TV being smart. Cozy house, with air-conditioning in all the rooms, covered garage and clothesline.

The house is very organized and clean, with a full kitchen, comfortable beds and impeccable linens. The location is excellent, and right in front you can buy some items, with affordable prices. The host is very polite and responds quickly, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend it! Whenever I need to go to the region, this will be the first place I will look for and recommend to others. You can leave without fear!

Our weekend was perfect, I thank you immensely to Mr. José for welcoming us, the house is very wide and very complete, had all the utensils we need and on the pool area.... the Pool is very large and the space around too, The house comfortably held all my family members (we were in 17 Adults) has a market and bakery a few meters from the house which helped us a lot too. The Lagoon that has close to the house is perfect to take walks and take pictures, we are very sure to recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay old, I hope to come back more often.

The house is exceptional. The rooms and bedrooms are very spacious. It had clean towels but no sheets, but since we brought our own there was no problem. We loved the house and the tranquility of the environment. Very grateful for receiving us so well. We'll be back.

It is a spacious and comfortable house, located very close to Prainha (the beach we liked the most in San Francisco do Sul); a very safe, quiet and family area. The place had everything described in the listing, and the WIFI worked very well. The house's kitchen is very spacious and complete. It also has a comfortable grill in the garage area. The house turned out to be more beautiful than the expectations we had created from what we saw in the photos, and it is also located near downtown and Enseada beach. The cleanliness is impeccable and the host was always willing to help us during our stay.

My stay at the beach house was very good ! The house matches exactly what was advertised. I was pleased, as it was well equipped with all the necessary utensils, I didn't have to take almost anything! The kitchen had everything, all the air-conditioned rooms and the living room as well, and the outdoor area very comfortable, the location very close to the beach. The experience was good and smooth.

It was a quiet place, very clean. They make people feel at ease, we even made a little noise because we were with more couples and they were super cool. Very good. I'll rent it more often
