Great view of the house, very close to a super busy beach on the weekend. Everything was perfect. Fábia was very kind and allowed us to check in early and check out late. The affection we were greeted with a treat in the house also pleased us very much. We'll be back for sure.

I felt at home, cozy apartment, everything very well organized and clean, apartment complete with all utensils and appliances inside, everything works, the beds are very comfortable, clean sheets and warm blankets, towels available too, spacious wardrobe in the bedroom, dresser that can store a lot of things in the other bedroom. Both rooms have a TV, a TV in the living room with Netflix, and a comfortable retractable sofa that you can even sleep on. It has a washer and dryer (very useful). Area with reserved barbecue. Closed and secure condominium. Super family atmosphere. It accommodated my family of 5 people comfortably. Close to everything (restaurants, snacks, shops, pharmacies, bakeries, markets, etc.) very well located and close to Beto Carrero World. All the important information is passed on by dear Cynthia. If I have the opportunity to return, I will stay there again. Very grateful to the host Danilo, who also provides all the necessary information.

Our stay was great. The place is beautiful, and the space is as advertised, practical and functional. Above all, devoid of pets. The windows have screens. We love it and have already recommended the place.

Excellent accommodation, very well-equipped space. Daniel was super nice, provided a guide so we could see the nearby sights, which helped us a lot. The apartment is very close to the beach, on a super quiet street, the region is a delight for those looking for a quiet place to rest out of season. Super clean, decorated accommodation with everything we needed for a stay. There are restaurants and bars nearby, with super affordable prices.

The house is a little piece of paradise, the sun rises over the sea in front of the house and sets in the lagoon behind the house in the fall, which provides incredible scenery to contemplate. The lagoon is rich in fish and crabs, it was a very cool experience to fish as a family and prepare what we caught for the meal. In the back there is a beautiful tree with a swing, a bench in the shade and a dock, a very nice area to enjoy, we went with a child and a border collie who love water and they played a lot, a positive point is the balcony with a table, fireplace, swing overlooking the pond, which you could see them playing even while we prepared meals. At night, lamps add an even more special charm to the scenery and allow you to continue enjoying it. Well-equipped kitchen and other amenities serve the stay very well. We had very precious moments in this house, with beautiful and very happy days as a family. The host was very attentive and helpful in all matters.

We were greeted by Osmar, who was very helpful and friendly, showed us the accommodations and made himself available to help with anything. Tatiana responded quickly to all questions and requests. We felt at home in the space, very cozy, bright, great energy in the place. Neighborhood very calm and quiet. We will definitely return at another time.

The house was very good, spacious and quite clean, the mattresses are already quite worn. The area is not so touristy but a nice place to be quiet, at night the neighbors made quite a bit of noise

Quiet accommodation, everything very clean and organized, there are several leisure options in the building such as a swimming pool, game room and others, the hosts were very helpful and attentive, made us feel at ease, gave suggestions of places to visit and nearby restaurants, anyway, I will certainly recommend it to my friends and will return more often, we did not take much advantage of the leisure that the building offered because we went out a lot, but my children loved the stay and for them it will be an incredible and unforgettable memory... anyway, we simply loved it

My family and I had an incredible week, very helpful, attentive host, beautiful place as in the photos! The best thing is the view of the sea! The apartment had everything we needed, I felt at home, nothing was missing, the TV with Netflix was great for a nice rest, and a new series, besides all the surroundings that have everything close by in the condominium itself! My son was delighted with the courts, game rooms and swimming pools! Great for kids! We'll definitely be back more and more often!

Accommodation exactly as shown in the photos! Full kitchen, with all the necessary utensils! Local was clean and organized. New apartment and building, with all leisure area available and facing the sea. They provide a blanket and all bed and bath linens. Close to Beto Carrero (approx. 20 min) and easy to access.

We were greeted by Wagner even with the late night arrival, with great cordiality and promptness. The accommodation is comfortable and well located, with everything working perfectly. The only setback was with the electronic device to exit the tower, which required contact with the concierge for clearance — something that is due to the condominium system, not the host. Wagner also provided detailed information about leisure spaces, gave tips on places to visit and food options. We recommend the accommodation for the attention and quality of the space offered. Overall, the experience was quite positive and pleasant. We will certainly revisit the location.

Wonderful apartment, everything in place, very nice space, very familiar neighborhood. Everything nearby, pharmacy, butcher, bakery… it was really worth it, our family loved it!
