We are located under the Trebeshina Range -Footer-Nemçka 8 km from the center of Permet and 6 km from the thermal waters of Makes and the canyon of Lengarica, we are 500m away from the Vjosa River, this landscape makes it memorable and unique to the stay with us, as well as the mountain next to the inn, surrounding trees, traditional cooking, traditional glass where each guest is served by the owners of the house, as well as seasonal vegetables planted in the backyard around the house, this makes us special and distinct from others.

It's not a spacious place (20 square meters) where many people can stay comfortable and spend many hours in it, but for 2-3 people who want to be outdoor, most of time active and have a small budget, is perfect Not far from the house (from 5' to 1+ hour) you will find nice places like Zagori, Voidomatis and Aoos river, Vikos gorge and Smolikas mountain.

My house is located 300m on the North West of the City center , very closed to the city gymnasium. From the balcony of the house you have the best view of the huge stone also a brilliant view of Vjosa river.In the corner of the house on the left side you see the EAGLE sign on the red will help any customer to find the house easier.This house is building higher and in front of sallon you have a special window which allow to have a natural view of the city in different moments.
