Places to stay in Ericeira

Sofia’s place was lovely. She welcomed us with a delicious bottle of wine and was so warm and friendly. She gave clear instructions and was extremely responsive. Her place is gorgeous, spacious, and modern. The patio space with the hot tub was a huge plus. Would definitely stay again if ever in Lisbon!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden woe beschrieben. Die Lage sehr gut, viel los in direkter Umgebung mit dem Aussichtspunkt und super Strassenmusikern am Abend. Wir hatten etwas Pech da vor unserer Anreise viel geregnet hatte und die Wohnung daher sehr viel Feuchtigkeit hatte. Ein Schlafzimmer haben wir nicht benutzt das sehr stark nach Feuchtigkeit in den Mauern gerochen hat. Die Kommunikation war aber stets prompt und hilfreich auch für das Thema mit der Feuchtigkeit. Sie haben ein Entfeuchtungsgerät und sind dran das Problem in den Griff zu bekommen. Wir können die Wohnung, Lage etc sehe empfehlen.

Very nice stay at Casa Pescador. Was exactly as described and comfortable for 2 couples. We primarily used UBER to get around and didn’t have any issues. There is a washing machine in premise, but it does not have a drier. Not a problem as around the corner was a nice laundromat called Cotton Club that had driers which worked perfectly. The only thing I wish we had known was the number of steps to this unit as my wife recently had knee replacement. The in-site staff were fantastic.

Michael was definitely a super host. He brought us to the apartment, showed us around and was always responsive to our needs. The apartment itself is very comfortable and well supplied with many things you will need. The location is a 15- minute walk to Rossio square going downhill and/or flat much of the way. If you walk up the stairs outside the apartment and turn right, you will find yourself in the area around St. George’s Castle. There are fantastic restaurants all around. (Try Portofino if you like Italian). You can’t go wrong with this place; I highly recommend it.

OMG we had the most fabulous stay in Lisbon, our hosts Ines & Antonio were the best hosts the apartment had everything you needed and it is so gorgeous with so much history and in the best area to get everywhere, We received such accurate and thoughtful communication from our hosts they explain everything to you before checkin, The apartment is on the 4th floor but we didn’t mind at all as it’s worth staying there because it’s such a great apartment, You know you are staying at a fabulous Airbnb when the host communicates so well with information about getting from the train stayion or airport etc and as a extra bonus leaves milk , butter , fruit and beautiful fresh rolls in the apartment upon your arrival ! Honestly this apartment and hosts are the best we have experienced on air bnb thank you so much Ines & Antonio, We highly recommend the apartment you will not regret it at all it’s your own little home in Lisbon , so close to fabulous restaurants and public transport.

Antonio is a very kind person and the house is just as advertised. It is spacious and has a nice outdoor area to spend time in. The kitchen is well-equipped. My friends found the matresses in the "kids bedroom" and the bed upstaris very hard but this is certainly a matter of personal taste. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Also there is no door to the upper level so the person sleeping there has to deal with noise coming from downstairs. The house is a 20-25 min walk away from the city center. All in all the house was as we expected it to be. Antonio was certainly very nice and helpul even though we did not meet in person. I can recommend his place.

Teresa is ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Mooi en knus appartement middenin het oude Sintra. Op loopafstand van vele restaurants en cafés, wat ideaal was. Wij kwamen naar Sintra om te klimmen in het nabije klimgebied, dus moesten vaak het stadje uit rijden. Het zijn niet de gemakkelijkste wegen als je geen steile en smalle weggetjes gewend bent en het was toch iedere keer weer spannend of we wel een parkeerplek bij de accommodatie konden vinden, maar het is altijd goedgekomen. We hebben ontzettend genoten van onze tijd in Sintra.

It was the most peaceful and romantic stay. Carole has created a warm, homely environment and was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cottage with us.
