Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to September) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

Our House: ruim 200m2 woonplezier Rustig gelegen woonhuis aan de rand van Sevenig. Slechts 3 km van het drielandenpunt met Luxemburg en België aan het prachtige Ourdal. Het huis heeft een grote woonkamer met houtkachel en een ruime volledig ingerichte eetkeuken. Grote relax en sportruimte met sauna, tafeltennistafel, pooltafel, dartbord en volop bordspellen, en een sjoelbak en televisie plus wifi. Ervaar de rust van het Naturpark Südeifel en het huis met zijn vele extra's.

This studio, located in the charming village of Alle-sur-Semois, is ideally placed for a pleasant stay. You will find all the shops necessary for your comfort in the village: grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, restaurants, etc. Surrounded by forests, the village offers a multitude of activities: hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, mini-golf, bowling, and a playground for children. You will find all the comforts you need for a romantic weekend. Private access for 2 hours to the Wellness (swimming pool + sauna (1 hour)) terrace is included in the price with each overnight stay. Access to the games and sports room is available from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Barbecue possible.
