The restoration of our stone house in Ayvacık Sazlı village was completed 8 years ago. We opened the upper floor of our newly decorated house to our guests, my wife and I live on the lower floor. Experience the beauties of our village with a view of Lesvos, full mountain and sea where 6 people can easily stay. The large garden and all the sounds and colors of nature will accompany you. The port of Assos is only a few kilometers from the historic Behramkale. You can reach Küçükkuyu by your vehicle in 20 minutes.

This is a 12sq.m. independent studio and It has a double build in bed. n the studio there is also a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker.There is a small balcony where you may enjoy your coffee watching the ocean. The studio is located in a quiet area at the beachfront of Eressos and it is around 10metres from the water .Also its 50metres away from the first taverna and shops.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Lena is a wonderful host, always helpful and with very good communication. The house and the outer space is a dream; very quiet and peaceful. It’s also very private and spacious. Everything is beautiful here. The view is stunning - it overlooks the sea, Vigla hill and the Kampos. The kitchen has all amenities for cooking. One of the best places I have stayed in in Greece! Very much recommended!.

The windmill is a unique place to stay and positioned in the calm area next to the Chalandra river and the Eressos agricultural fields. Absolutely beautiful building and surroundings. The terrace outside is very nice to relax outdoors. Almost all of the windmill interior is good and I felt the care that was put into it. However, the mill does deserve a bit of an upgrade to the kitchen and the bathroom.

A private balcony features a round table with two chairs, offering a scenic view of the surrounding village and hills. The tiled floor adds a touch of warmth, while the railing frames the picturesque skyline, creating a suitable spot for relaxation.
