Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 square meters, we offer accommodation with cozy warmth thanks to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly September) our in-ground pool (heated by solar - water temperature is therefore dependent on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. The newly renovated and newly equipped holiday accommodation is, as the name suggests, located directly at the historic town hall. Right next door the famous restaurant "Drei Hasen", just a few steps further you come to the world champion Bernd Siefert, known from radio and television. Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

Living in a farmhouse

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

You will stay in a small cozy quiet apartment with an open living and sleeping area, a kitchen and a small modern bathroom. The property is right in the middle of the village. You can walk to shopping, restaurants and cafes. Unique hiking trails and mountain bike trails invite you to experience nature and sports activities.

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.

The room with integrated kitchenette and separate shower room/toilet has its own entrance and is accessible. It is located in a two-family home. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking equipment and a refrigerator. Wardrobe, chest of drawers, a table and two chairs, a double bed. Wi-Fi is available.
