Completed in 2020, the 57 sqm vacation home offers two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom + rain shower as well as a Finnish sauna (50-70 degrees) and a wood-burning stove. An ambience that makes even cold and rainy days cozy. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows and from the 40 sqm terrace is directed to the large outdoor area and invites you to relax outside in direct contact with nature. Our wooden house, furnished in the style of a forester's house, guarantees you peace and relaxation from everyday life and offers an ideal starting point to explore the Odenwald. The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

My place is an hour south of Frankfurt, surrounded by nature. Well suited for groups and families looking for nature. There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.
