The apartment will be suitable for a large family or group of friends as well as a couple demanding in terms of comfort, or professional travelers.

Superb oceanfront accommodation, with a private 8 m2 terrace, without independent bedroom. Located on the top floor of the Villa "La Marée", on a lively street, you will be charmed by its exceptional location just a short walk from the beach and close to amenities (restaurants, tobacco, etc.) With a surface area of 18 m2, you will find a 160 x 200 bed, shower and sink, all renovated in 2024 with a refined and elegant decor.
